A perfectly fine paint brush for general purpose work
I do a lot of painting around my house, touching up things here and there while sometimes doing some messy priming where "quality" isn't as big a deal but "expendable" is. For these jobs, I've always bought cheap ($0.89) Harbor Freight brushes. They last reasonably long, and when the paint buildup gets too bad, I don't feel bad about tossing one and replacing with a new one. Problem is that I went down to my local Harbor Freight a couple of weeks ago to buy a dozen or so brushes, but it looks like HF has decided to stop carrying them. All they have on the shelf now are $2.79 low cost brushes just like you'll find at Home Depot and Lowes. I.e., I may as well shop at the big box stores for my cheap brush needs. This sent me looking on Amazon for a cheap Harbor Freight-like paint brush, and these guys are it. I just received my package of 16 2" brushes for $20 ($1.25/ea) and I am here to tell you that while the brushes aren't quite as cheap as my old HF standbys, they are identical to them in every way. Bristles, metal band embossment, black plastic handle, size of the handle hole ... they are identical. No doubt the HF and Amazon brushes are supplied by the same (cheap) Chinese contractor somewhere across the Pacific. No, they are not quite as cheap as the HF brushes, but am I going to complain about the extra $0.36/brush? Gimme a break. Sure, they are not high quality. Every now and then a bristle will work its way loose. Just keep an eye open as you paint your primer or whatever, remove the bristle when you see one as you paint, and you'll be fine. For critical needs, buy expensive brushes. What's so hard about that? Bottom line is that I'm very happy to have found an expendable HF replacement brush for a good price. If you accept that these are not $20 brushes and you don't care, then you will be very happy with them.

FANTASTIC paint brush
Needed to do some staining and indoor painting. Needed brushes, but the " brand" names are so expensive. So, I gave these a shot. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!! These are not chip brushes. No where near it. They have a great tapered end, leave no brush marks, and not a single one lost a brush hair. They are even soft enough to cut in around windows and ceilings !!!!! They are cheap enough that you can just throw them away after use ! ( Unlike brand name ones..,,you have to clean them, let them dry, etc. ) Works on acrylic, latex, and even oil base stains. I'm sold on these brushes. 5 star product !!!!!!!

Throw away or keep, price and quality on point.
Excellent for lazy people that don’t want to wash out the brush but if you want it has the quality to do just that.

Great Value
Great Value. These work great for applying stain to logs and other wood.

Inexpensive
Work well for (in my case) stain/sealer application for small outdoor wood projects (like tables, chairs, bench).

Good price but carry tweezers!
I gave this product a 3 because it is a good price. BUT buyer beware. The bristles fall off as you paint, which means frequently stopping and plucking the bristle out of the paint with tweezers. On the average door, I had to stop 15-20 times to do this. Also, it happened through out the painting time, so the bristles don’t just fall off at the beginning. In addition, the brushes were packaged poorly, and they arrived bent. But this may have been an Amazon warehouse issue.

Great brushes
I like these brushes a lot, especially on any type of thicker applications such as thicker rust encapsulator, or home uses like thicker primer or paint. They do good at thinner liquid too but excel at thick stuff.

Arrived as scheduled and was well packaged. The bristles are long and soft and the handle is smooth to hold.

THIN in depth - this aspect well concealed in the sales display. The important part the hairs for application are UNEVEN SHORT strands mixed into the full length synthetic bristles. INADEQUATE bristles already splaying out the the side of the head. ( before use ) CHEAP and NASTY in accord with the unfortunate PLASTIC handles. I tried to return this vastly overpriced junk, only to find out that because of no collection area in Tasmania, I would have to post to America. Got a quote from Australia Post for $60 odd dollars. i have been enthusiastic about Amazon Prime and I am amazed by this turn round on their policy of free post returns. I would politely suggest that Amazon delete this seller from their books EMPHATICALLY RUBBISH !!!!!

Use it for small areas. Use the brush once and throw it out. The bristles fall off after using.
