What is the main difference between the Imperia Model No. 150 and the No. 190?

There are two differences between the two. The first difference is that the model 150 produces 150mm wide pasta sheets, and model 190 produces 190mm wide sheets. The second difference is that the model 190 has the two cutters builtin to the unit. The model 150 comes in two pieces, a separate attachable piece that has the cutters.

Can I put dough through this machine without cutters? I.e. Can I use it for straight rolling of dough giving me a square or oblong of dough?

Yes, and yes. The first process in the making of pasta is to condition the dough before putting it through the cutting rollers. The first conditioning rollers render the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch. Successive settings of these rollers roll it even thinner. These rollers deliver long pieces of dough about 5 inches wide. The length is determined by just how much dough you put through the machine. Dough longer than about 24 inches gets clumsy to handle. I just opened mine and a few parts were at the bottom of the box. Can anyone tell me where these go? I think I missed the cutoff for sending it back

Its easy just look where they might fit one at the bottom one is for turning the rolls the other one goes on one side for the pasta when you re putting between the rolls, dont send it back just enjoy it
