Well Built and Easy to Use
Love making my own pasta since taking a class last summer. It's easier than making bread, really! The Imperia is seriously well made and a good value over some of the cheaper models. For those who've never used a manual pasta machine, here are some things to know. Make sure that your countertop (or wherever you plan to use it) will accommodate the clamp for holding down the pasta maker. Second, get used to the handle coming out sometimes as you're rolling out the dough, if you're doing it solo. It's just part of the game. It's definitely easier with 2 people. Lastly, don't worry about cleaning the rollers/cutters. Pasta dries fairly quickly and is easy to brush out. Don't fret any pieces that you might miss, as it won't "spoil" inside the machine. Don't make the same mistake that I did with my spaghetti cutter. First time that I used it, I tried to clean it out by running a dry paper towel through it. Clogged things up seriously. Took me forever to clean it all out. Ended up bending some of the "combs" in the process. It still works OK, but ....

Fantastic pasta maker that has been used for generations
We went to Italy in 2018. While we were there, we signed up for a pasta making class in someone's home via AirBnB. The woman had three of these for us to use. The class was given by her and her mother, who were both native Italians. As we worked, she showed us hers maker, that had been handed down to her from her grandmother! If that doesn't say long lasting quality, I don't know what does. As soon as we got back to the states, we ordered one for ourselves. It was a great investment! The maker is VERY easy to use, easy to set up and isn't too difficult to clean. We have used it multiple times, including with our 12 yr old daughter and her friends during a sleepover, with no difficulties at all. Highly recommended if you are looking to make your own pasta!

Great product.
This is a great product! We love making our own pasta and ravioli now! It was a gift for my mother for Christmas, and she loved it! The only problem is that it is slightly hard to keep it in one place when it is attached to the counter. It moves around a bit. Otherwise it was great! The box it came in had been punctured by the handle of the pasta roller as well. Otherwise it was great!

Very good pasta cutter
It's small, heavy, and it does the job very well. I had another brand before this and returned it. This is for keeps. It's made in italy not from China.

Great!!!
Can't go wrong with Imperia. Simple, robust and effective. Highly recommended, the best ratio price/quality for a 1st step in the home made pasta world.

Hate/Love This Machine
The first machine I ordered, I had to send it back because it would "eat" the pasta as it went through the rollers, getting stuck inside the machine. I thought there was something wrong with it. I got a replacement and it does the same thing. I have several pasta machines, because I've been making pasta for years and years. This machine has some weird white plastic parts under the roller section that sometimes interferes with the rollers. You put the pasta through and it gets caught in those parts. I don't know why other people have not had this problem - it's a major source of aggravation for me and an obvious design flaw. The only reason I keep this machine, though, is that the cutters are absolutely the best cutters I've ever had on a pasta machine. So I love/hate this machine for those reasons.

Bye bye store bought pasta
Bought two, one for me, one for a friend. Big pasta eaters in the house, I already make my own sauces, decided to try to make pasta. I didn’t go for the top of the line, or one that’s upgradable just to see how it would go. This thing is easy to use! First time trying it out and the pasta came out like pasta! I watched a couple YouTube videos prior, of course, but even without them the machine is easy to use and understand. I don’t like store bought pastas after making my own
