Is the bend in the slide at 90 degrees? If not, what angle is it?

I couldn't tell the angle exactly but it is not 90. It doesn't turn that sharp. More like 110-120 degrees.

could I install a ladder and then attach to an above ground pool with a deck.

I wouldn't. But you probably could. This is a 2 part slide so it has a seam that has to be supported by a brace you build. So unless you can build a REALLY sturdy ladder platform i wouldn't feel comfortable with my kids going down it. Into a slide or not

What is the deck height this slide can attach to?

My Husband attached the slide to a 5.5 foot high deck that he built that is the max height the website says and our 3 year old Grandson loves it! :)It is pretty fast and that is what our Grandson likes. It was a Christmas gift so our Grandson was only about 2 years 5 months old at the time and he loved it then too!

What is the distance from where the slide bolts to the platform to the outside of the bottom of the slide?

Depending on how you install it, it is about 56" from the frame of the structure where it is installed from. That is, the outermost edge of the structure to the outmost point on the side of the slide. That said, be careful if you are measuring this due to anything beside the slide. You want at least another 12" of clearance to ensure the kids don't whack themselves.
