Its great! nice black finish, good quality, install was easy for my contractor. Nice stream of rain water for the shower head and good pressure from the hand held. Overall, it made my showering experience wonderful every time I use it. update 4.10.23 I was getting inconsistent water flowing out of the showerhead and it might have been due to impurities in the water and clogging the small tips, no mater how hard I tilted it evenly or cleaned the tips wouldn't help. But after talking to [email protected], I ended up removing the flow restrictor and wow the water flow and shower is amazing again.

This set is beautiful in my new shower and works for all heights of showerers. Very durable. It did have a part that was used, but was fixed by the company easily.

After only 10 month of installation, my wife decided to take a quick shower using the side handle option, right after turning the shower on, for our disappointed the water starter POURING out from only one side of the square top head, I thought may me it just calcium built up, but after putting the shower head on a bucket to be cleaned I realized that one side was totally split open apart. I have never used that shower, and maybe our visitors no more than 20 times, I do have water filtration, so bottom line the quality of the product is just Substandard and extremely low quality. I'm asking for a replacement ASAP. Now I'm worried about the valve itself inside the wall ? I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT / MOST HONEST OPINION. SEE PICTURES !

after about 6 months the only negative comment I have on the shower kit is that the shower head work fine but not all of the shower head nozzles flow. some of them do not allow water to pass, the shower head does allow enough water to pass so u will have a enjoy shower. the quality of the material seen to be excellent and I expect do have many years of use before they will have to be replaced.

Great and beautiful very fancy, but has a flaw... This is why Delta faucets are priced more. I purchased this valve and looks great and slick but when you open your sink or flush to toilet the hot water burns you. This valve does not have temperature control like Delta Fuacet valves.

Makes for a great rain shower! It’s super easy to clean and wipe off. It was a good bang for my buck. Easy to use valves to flip from rain to handle and temperature.

The product looks great installed. Unfortunately the cartridge that was sent with it is missing a blue O-ring and the collar for the controls has been damaged. I have been unable to use the shower for this reason. I will update my review when I receive a new cartridge and new collar. UPDATE The new part arrived fashionably late thanks to shipping delays and COVID. - not the seller. The cartridge seated nicely in the valve and voila the shower works! The rainfall shower head has a decent amount of pressure behind it surprisingly and it feels fantastic. The high pressure wand has a lot of power. Even when both are operating at the same time they provide good pressure. Overall the product is great and I'm happy with this purchase. It looks great with a white tile shower.

Update Oct 07, 2020: seller quickly sent a replacement valve. Plumbers returned for Reno's in another bathroom and once completed this also fixed our issue below--turns out the product was not at fault. 6 months later product still looks and works great. Updated to 5 stars for both product & seller. The aesthetics of it is great. Do you know why the temperature doesn’t maintain when I turn it to warm? If I turn it on warm or all the way hot it starts warm/hot then goes cool almost right away, on it’s own. Happened for days now, bit frustrating. Anyone else have the same experience or have suggestions? We had a professional plumber install it.

This is a well made shower set with a beautiful brushed gold finish. The only problem is that the water pressure is quite low. Someone else said it was ok but I beg to differ. I still love it though
