I fixed my AC for only $20!
I have an older Sharp portable air conditioner. The exhaust hose is getting very worn. Sharp offers a replacement kit for $190. I found the hose, which is all I really needed, for $20 on Amazon. Works perfectly. Problem solved!

Great Haier hose replacement
This replacement hose for our Haier portable AC unit fit perfectly and seems to be of good quality. The price was great and easy to install!

Doesn't fit Samsung portable AC units
The diameter is correct for my Samsung portable AC unit. But the screw direction is backwards to fit the adapters on Samsung. I played around with the ends and made them work anyway. It has held up for two summers but it's now beginning to get brittle and tearing. I don't blame the product for that..as Samsung OEM doesn't hold up either after two summers.

Replacement for black and decker exhaust hose (works even better)
I purchased this as I needed a longer exhaust hose for a new air conditioner. The hose that came with the black and decker wouldn't even attach to a special attachment for a sliding glass door I had, yet this one miraculously did. . Extremely pleased with it so far, we have 80 degree weather and the past two years have had no AC. Great product!

works perfectly!
I purchased this to use with my black and decker portable ac, dehumidifier, heater combo. It fit perfectly and allowed me to use this in my basement where the window is much higher and the short hose would not fit. Quality was up to par with the original that was included with my portable air conditioner

Perfect Fit for our two portable A/C's
Make sure you select the right orientation - clockwise or counterclockwise. We needed replacement hoses for our two portable A/C units and these were a perfect fit and easy to install.
