I found myself constantly drinking chamomile tea purely for the relaxation and clarity I get from it. The problem was, I needed to make many, many cups in order to retain the effect and get it at the right level. This extract gives me about 2 stronger cups of tea per full dropper to compare effectiveness. Now I don't have stomach issues related to overconsuming tea - especially since just having chamomile in tea is not tasty, so I would add in extras that caused issues - and whenever it is I feel like having some, I can just take a dropper full. It's absolutely wonderful. The strength is at a really good level and it is highly cost effective at the price point. Still not as cheap as my 2lb bag of chamomile, but I'm paying to not have to extract it myself, haha. For those who are curious on the effects of chamomile and what specifically this product will do for you, chamomile helps balance serotonin and dopamine and is an agonist to benzodiazepine and GABA and has probably a few other effects too. Most of this is thanks to apigenin, but there are other flavonoids in there as well. This extract makes those effects easy to get by just taking a dropper. For what this means, it the serotonin helps with mental clarity and can be converted into melatonin and help with sleep. Dopamine generally just makes you feel happy, but can also cause anxiety at high levels, this helps with both sides of that. Benzodiazepine and GABA are both relaxation - both physical and mental - and anti-anxiety oriented and this helps promote both of those feelings. For me, chamomile works incredibly well and I can immediately feel all these effects after taking the dropper. YMMV, but I strongly recommend this to anyone who would like something to help them relax without relying on pharmaceuticals.

Tried to load a picture but Amazon won’t let me for some reason. I love this product but the top is SHARP. It cut both my hands trying to get it to twist off tonight.

Definitely works. I don't need more than 10 drops (mixed with a little juice or water) to take the edge off of my anxiety or to initiate sleep.

It works. Regarding any dosage confusion, there are 20 drops per ml. So, according to label, dosage should be 20 to 40 drops. Hope this helps.

Does not work. Even tried combining it with Magnesium gummies or supplements still does nothing. Waste of money. Better off buying and using regular chamomile tea which is cheaper.

I use this in one of my soap bases I make. Smells great
