Works perfectly with iphone xs max and very stylish as well. I use a very bulky phone case, but phone still detects charger pad immediately and start charging. The charging speed really depends on the power of the charger you use. I use a 24W charger and the phone charges up very quickly. One thing to mention is once your phone paired up with the pad, moving the phone will stop charging. You have to pick it up and put it on the pad again to repair them up. But this is common to any wireless charger.

The design is beautiful and when it charges, it is perfect... however many cons, so I am returning it: After a few days I start hearing a soft ringing sound, constant, and I have to move around the connecting cable until the sound disappears. It is very annoying because I have it on my night table. Also, at the beginning it used to charge the phone as soon as it was touching the charging plate, now I have to move my phone until it connects, it seems to be random and not specific to the position of the phone. Sometimes works, sometimes not. There are too many things going on and it's getting worse. FYI I have this charger for 3 weeks so I am returning it before the window closes. Too bad that it is not a reliable product. I have to keep looking :(

I really like this wireless charging pad. Best is the material quality and built. It is thin and looks so cool for the price point. Like the white color goes well my iPhone. It charges my xs max in couple of hours. So the charging speed is pretty decent. And it also works with the case on. It is a good purchase.

Update: The company has reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience and they are sending me a replacement. I am updating my rating to reflect their good customer service. It was good while it lasted. I bought this in Dec. 31, 2019. It completely stopped working on 5/2/20. Prior to that, I have already experiencing unreliability after a month of use, there were days that it charges and some days that doesn’t. Since 5/2/20, it won’t charge and I try it daily. I emailed the company and have not heard back from them yet.

This was great to start with, but it only connected with my computer once and after that it didn't work. Now after about a week of use i noticed that when the phone isn't on it, it makes a clicking sound. When I remove my phone from the pad, it makes a high pitched sound that's really worrisome. It also just doesn't charge very fast. I can put my phone to charge at 50% and an hour later it will only be at 70%. I don't really recommend.

I was afraid that because of how cute and well-priced this item is that it would not work well - I am so happy to be wrong! I've only been using it for about 2 weeks, but by upgrading my USB port cube to a higher output I have been getting a great charge out of this slab and it looks very sophisticated on my work desk compared to the old, dark monstrosity I was using before this. I do believe I sometimes hear a bit of a...ticking sound coming from it? but I choose to believe that is just my imagination and check to make sure it's not overheating (it hasn't) and blame it on workday exhaustion. I will update this review if anything implodes!

A friend of mine recently picked up a new iPhone and was very excited about the idea of wireless charging, so I picked them up a couple after they were disappointed not to find one in the box with their phone. This one does a great job. It feels like a solid little puck, I didn't have to hunt for positions where the wireless charging was effective, everything just worked. A very simple and effective little wireless charging pad.
