3" Suspension Lift Kit for 1999-2006 Chevy/GMC1500 2WD - 232N2

I wanted a little bit of space for bigger tires, but didn't want to go to crazy on a count of I have a toddler that is in a car seat. I'm running 33" on my Silverado. So it gets me thru the washes out here in the desert while hunting. It not being so aggressive keeps it looking Granddaddy Clean. I constantly get compliments on my truck. Rides smoother than my older shock set up. Installed in a afternoon with a little help. Totally dable if you're handy. I recommend this product. I also bought black dust guards to go with it and I think it's clean, and hopefully it protects my investment a little bit. I got those at the rough country website. Keep in mind the knuckles make your front tires stick out about an inch. No biggy, you won't even notice it with drivability.

I am extremely pleased with this product. Everything fit OEM style. It love the look of my truck. Not to high, percent!

First thing. Get new brake lines. With that said, these are great and easy install. Throw your dust shields in the trash.

This lift made a huge difference in my truck. Looks way Better than before. I had an issue with either the upper shock bushings being dry rotted or over tightened. Chatted on the company’s website and they put in touch with a representative on the phone. I cannot say enough that this was THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE. They explained the issue and sent me a new set of bushings right away.

I installed this on a friends 2006 Sierra 1500 2wd crew cab short bed truck. Everything fit well - the knuckles bolted right up nicely, the shocks were the proper length and the lift blocks fit fine. Truck looks much better. It looks like a stock 4x4 truck now instead of being slammed to the ground. 2 small issues - the front brake lines are on the verge of not long enough. When the truck is at ride height it's okay but when I had it on the lift the brake lines are seriously tight, especially when turned to full lock. For an on road truck this is okay but I wouldn't make a practice of letting the suspension droop while turning. The ABS Sensor wire is also on the verge of being too short. While working on the truck we realized the factory brake lines were cracked so we went ahead and ordered replacements but haven't put them on yet. We haven't put it on the alignment rack yet but we could tell the toe was way off on both sides. Each wheel was pointed in towards the center. The knuckle also pushed the front tires out - they stick out from the fender about an inch on each side. Factory wheels 245/75/17.

Exactly what I wanted, my truck is now leveled and sits up at a height I love, I changed my control arms and coil springs at the same time, truck drives like new. 2 Year Update 4/18/22

Good deal

This is my second time submitting this review as the first was not well received by Amazon. The product came in significantly damaged. Boxes and lift knuckles. Against better judgment I installed them. This isn’t my first lifted vehicle so I understood ride quality would suffer. However the suffering has only increased as the lift has broken in (2 months). The rake has gotten worse as the back end sits about 4 inches taller than the front. All in all I could not recommend this product. If it weren’t 800 dollars to remove it I would happily return it.
