If not collecting just throw the box easy but desertcart will.ahip with the shipping label across the willow box if you dnt ask them to put it in a box like its a gift. I got mine replaced. They replaced it once I explained i was.collectimg them for value and the box was damaged when I pulled the shipping label off.
