Q: How wet are these pads? will they stand up for the face neck, chest?

They're VERY wet! So wet that you'll need to use your fingernail to grab a pad, even though the pads are notched. And you'll need to wash your hands after using because your fingers will be tingling. You can use both sides of the pad so there's enough coverage for neck and throat and upper chest.

You do not need to rinse off after applying the pads. Their pH has been adjusted not to require rinsing or neutralization, even with a 20% concentration of Glycolic Acid. If you are very sensitive to Glycolic Acid, you may experience some itching or tingling sensation during the first 10 to 15 minutes after application. The sensation will go away.
