Bellemain Spice Gripper Clips for Plastic Jars - Set of 3, Holds 12 Jars

***Update after over a year*** This has been installed for over a year now and still works as well as when I first installed it. No holders have broke and nothing has peeled off the cabinets or anything. Still highly suggest buying and durability has proven to be great as we have them loaded up 24x7 as you can see in the pics. First off I will address some of the “issues” from the lower rating reviews on here. If you are considering buying this item please read these points below as I almost didn’t buy it because of the reviews but I am glad I bought it because these work great. 1. Some have said your cabinet door needs to be flat which is half right. The surface this sticks to needs to be flat and while they may come with 4 holders in each piece, they can be cut! Between each spice holder is a pre-scored line to easily cut these down to a size that works. I would imagine that almost everyone could find places to stick these if they were only workin with one or two spice holders at a time instead of 4. These are much more versatile than people state, mainly because they expect them to just work perfectly as is out of the packaging. 2. I’m not sure why so many people have had issues with this spice holder sticking. As you’ll see below, mine has had no issues holding heavy glass spice jars. I imagine that the surface these are being stuck to is not in good shape or if they used it too quickly. For glue like this to work effectively it has to “settle” in and needs a clean surface that isn’t peeling or chipping or compromised in some way. When I installed these I gave them 24 hours before putting any spices in them. They may not need that but many of these stick on types of glued really need that 24 hours to be fully effective. 3. As far as the jar sizes, I haven’t come across one that doesn’t fit and I have multiple brands as you’ll see in my photos. Again, I think people expect too much from these. It takes a little effort the first time to get a bigger spice jar in but they go in and stay and I haven’t had any of the holders break. Even with big bottles. So I don’t agree that only certain sizes and brands fit as I have at least 4 different sizes in mine that all Work fine. 4. Cabinet space. For anyone who thought they’d gain a lot of cabinet space by hanging a few spice jars on a door must not have great spatial awareness. This isn’t about gaining lots of space. I did gain one section of my cabinet back which is nice but it’s more about ease of use. Even though we had one of the step like spice holders to stagger them so you could see them all, it didn’t really help and actually made things worse. Hanging these spices now allows me to see EVERY spice at one time without digging through. I don’t have to worry about running out because I forgot about one shoved in the back somewhere or buying extra because one was buried or fallen over. Did I gain cabinet space back? Yes, and every square inch counts especially when you have kids. Did it completely free up my cabinet? Of course not. But the ease of using my spices on a daily basis is absolutely worth buying this. 5. Material. Some complain it’s cheap plastic. Yes it’s plastic. Plastic is what we like to call flexible, unlike many other materials. It makes a great material for holding these spices because the arms can bend and flex to hold different sizes. If it was so cheap they’d snap right away, but they don’t. Also, the 3M backing is where the real science and magic are at. We take for granted items like this but if you spend some time reading how those sticky backings work and are designed to be strong enough to hold many things but not too strong to rip apart your cabinets, you’d see how impressive those backings really are. This naming made of plastic and the backing thin foam also helps it contour to surfaces that aren’t perfectly flat and things that flex. If this was rigid material it would fail so much quicker and not be flexible enough to hold more than one or two sizes. As far as how well they actually work, I’d say they’re amazing! I have all shapes and sizes and weights of spices with ZERO issues. I bought these months ago so they’ve had time to fail if they were going to. The backing is a very thin foam type which is great for an application like this, especially if your cabinets flex a little when opening and closing. We also have soft close cabinets which may help improve these continuing to stick. You can see in the picture I have one rack half full of glass spice jars which were all brand new at one time and originally had only glass jars in it. They don’t get much heavier than those and it’s never been an issue holding them. It also fits the very big spices. This has made a huge difference in being able to see all of our spices and if I had more spices I’d buy even more of these because they are simply wonderful!

These were just as described. I cleaned the surface with alcohol and waited over an hour with cabinet doors open before attaching the 3M adhesive strip. I also measured because I was planning on using those small spice containers. I did use screws, but did not have a small enough drill bit to pre-drill holes so I used a nail to start the hole. Like most screws from Asian countries, these screws did strip. I’ve never had a set that were any good. But I got them to go in most of the way. I waited a day to put any spices on the racks. But, on either side, I had no spice rack adhesive fail. I’m not sure how it would be with heavier spice jars. Those little jars fit nice and tight, as does a normal sized prescription jar. I’ve used them a few times and I do hold onto the rack when I pull them out and they’ve been there one week and have not failed. It really looks more organized now and is easier to find the spice I need as well as being sure not to buy more when I already have a certain spice.

UPDATE: After the company read my review they sent me a very nice email offering to replace the product or to give me a refund. I wasn't expecting that at all in this day and age. It's sad that I don't expect to get kind service from companies but they pleasantly surprised me. They have a 100% refund policy and they refunded my entire purchase price with tax. I have moved this rating from a 2 to a 4 based on their wonderful customer service. Original review: This is a great idea and would have been great for the inside of my cabinet but the double-sided tape did not work well and the plastic holders kept falling off away from the tape. I tried a different type of tape that is supposed to hold more weight but the plastic holders did not stick to that either. The tape would stick well to my cabinet but not to the plastic holders.

Overall I really like this idea and it does help with saving space. It came with 3 and i applied them to the cabinet without any problem. I gave it a 4 star only becuase once applied, if you remove it. trying to stick it back on a 2nd or 3rd time...forget it. The glue used is for a 1 time shot. I had to re position one which is why i had ro remove it but i have not gotten to hold on :( bot otherwise love it! UPDATED: I had to come back and update my review, So after about 2 weeks they fell off. Maybe its the type of lacquer on the wood, but the sticky pads just couldn't hold on for long term. I still think its agreat idea and im looking to see if i can screw on the clips but i changed my stars to 3 because i expected it to have a longer shelf life.

I’ve had a set that I bought many years ago for my home, and they have held up beautifully. I recently bought another set for our RV cabinets. I use the small spice jars(1oz) only but assume they would work well with the larger size. Tip: be sure to pay attention on where you place them on your door with the jars in place. You want to make sure that they clear the shelving when the door is shut. I have only used the sticky application, not the screws. It’s held up well.

I believe this is my first review on amazon I am so disappointed that this did not work like I had hoped. I purchased two, they turned out to be crap, and now I've missed my window for return. Let's first go over the item: Upon taking them out of the packaging I immediately noticed a flaw on every single one. They are supposed to have a hole on either end of the strips for screw placement for extra support or if you rather not use the sticky tape. Every single strip only had a hole on one end of the strip. Sometimes there are flaws when you deal with plastic items, and you can almost tell where the spot for the hole should be. I let this part slide since I planned on using the sticky tape anyway, and if worst comes to worst, at least I can easily put in one screw per strip. Now for how well it worked: I read the other reviews and followed the inclosed directions. Made sure I cleaned the area with alcohol, placed them where I wanted, applied constant pressure for at least a solid minute each, and even put a screw in on the one side of each that actually had a hole for it, and then waited almost 2 whole days before I hung any spices. Within two days two strips were already separating from the sticky tape. I took the spices out and reapplied the strips with pressure and waited another day before putting the spices back up. During this time, another one literally ripped itself off and fell to the floor as I opened the cabinet. I was completely baffled because it had been screwed in on one side. To my shock, the screw had broken IN HALF, leaving part of it still stuck in my cabinet! After several cases of them falling and failed attempts to reattach I gave up and decided to try returning, which I can't now because I missed the window by 4 days... I am upset that I spent money on something that I will have to toss in the trash, all in the name of trying to better organize my life. Don't waste your time. I'll be buying ikea spice racks soon.

Thanks to these clip strips, my wife is happy with her spice cabinet. And you know what they say about having a happy wife... I used alcohol wipes to clean the inside of the cabinet door prior to installation and placed a small level across the clip arms to ensure a neat installation. I then re-pressed on the adhesive strips a few times before loading the clip strips. The McCormick bottles fit great so I used almost all of the spaces for those specific jars. None of the strips are showing any sign of delamination from either the wood or the plastic. 3M adhesive strips are good stuff!

Love it. It frees up space on my shelves and means I can see what spices I have without having to move them all. Going to order another set

Ich hatte vor einem Jahr schon mal ein Set gekauft und innen an die Tür eines Hängeschranks geklebt. Die Ostmann Gewürzdosen passen perfekt. Schmale Gläser oder Wegwerf-Pfeffermühlen ebenfalls. Der Klebestreifen auf der Rückseite hält bombenfest. Von mir klare Kaufempfehlung. Eine Anmerkung zur Präsentation bei Amazon. Ich hab 15min in meiner Bestellhistorie gesucht als ich zwei weitere Sets bestellen wollte. Das Produktbild sieht auf den ersten Blick aus wie ein Holzregal und die gängigen Suchbegriffe "Gewürz“ "Regal" oder "Clip" greifen auch nicht. Da könnte der Anbieter mal im eigenen Interesse optimieren.
