These headphones have been a pleasant surprise in every category. The fit is secure without feeling tight, and the padded cups sit comfortably even during long sessions. The sound quality is much better than expected for the price, with clear highs, solid mids, and enough low end to feel balanced without muddying anything. They work well for both monitoring and general listening. The design feels sturdy and purposeful. Nothing feels flimsy, the hinges hold their position, and the cable has held up well with regular use. Volume control responds smoothly and allows for good fine tuning, especially when switching between devices. After extended use, they still feel comfortable, reliable, and consistent. A great choice if you want dependable over-ear headphones that perform well without costing a fortune.

Only one side worked, sent back ad recieved a new pair that washad the same problem. Sent back for refund. Do Not Recommend these headphones

I got these after my Sony playstation headphones broke, they don't sound as good as the Sony's but they are very decent and for the price I can't complain. fit well over ears, they don't move and the cable is long enough for most uses, I added an extension braided cable so that I have extra length and I can connect them to my drum module while being able to place the cord behind me. you can turn the volume to ear shattering levels and they will still sound great. they bring every nuance of electronic drums and work well with other music sources, they might seem a little too much in the mid range as they are not as bass heave as say Beats, but because of that, they don't distort when playing electronic drums.

I bought these over the Vic Firths because I heard they were lighter and more comfortable. I practice for an hour every day and wear these the whole time and they stay put, and they are comfortable for what they are. I was using more comfortable padded DJ headphones before, but after sweating in them, the padding started falling apart, so I bought these. The cushion is sweat proof, even though I sweat while wearing them, they don't fall apart after hours of use. There are only 2 issues, 1 is sometimes I get some crackling feedback, but will go away if I twist the jack when plugged into my Alesis Strata Core module. 2nd, is just personal opinion, but I hate the blue cord. Alesis doesn't make anything as far as drumsets, blue...so why have a blue cord on these? They should just keep it black.

I bought these after my gaming headset wasn’t doing the trick for my Alesis Nitro Mesh drum kit. These headsets are perfect for the aforementioned electric drum kit. If you have been on the fence about whether or not you should buy these, I would highly recommend. I was using some gaming headphones that cancel noise when I play video games but they didn’t cancel any noise for my drums. I could hear the pads being smacked and the audio wasn’t good. When I would listen to music and play along, it was faint and I couldn’t hear the drums, felt like I was listening through a supermarket radio in the back rooms. The alesis headset fixed all of those problems. They cancel the noise so well that it feels like you are playing real drums. The audio played through your phone is crisp and clear as you could ask for. These are perfectly designed for this drumset. I can’t say anything on durability as I’ve only had this for a month, but I trust this brand

The adapter that comes with it is already on the cord. I looked everywhere, and even called Amazon support. Then I looked on the earphones to see if it was on them, and finally pulled in the plug, but discovered it is screwed on. It doesn't pull off. I looked in the box and in the black bag. But it's screwed into the end of the cord.

These things are sweet. The right side went out with barely any use. It seems there is a bad solder joint on this. Which is sad because these have nice isolation and sound nice. Oh well- I mean it is Alesis.
