Great customer service!
While I initially like the appearance of the couch..it didn't feel sturdy to me putting it together. It was a tad bit difficult to assemble requires help. The holes for the legs are underneath the arms of the couch which had me puzzled and stuck for a while. I wanted to send them back mostly because I'm looking for something sturdy and long term use. I don't think these are it. Customer service worked with me though and I will try to sell them if not just keep them. Beautiful sofas though nonetheless!

Sit the sofa upright to slides the arms in
Love this set! But putting them together not so easy, once I realized sitting the sofas upright it was a little more easier to slide the arms in. Also I didn’t like the Velcro only is in the front therefore the back of the seat cushions lift easily, so I guess I try and put Velcro in the back as well. All in all the sofas are beautiful. It took about an hour to put or less because it came in parts so I had to wait for the other parts and loveseat came a few days later with the cushions.

My favorite purchase thus far! Pictures do this sofa no justice!!! It is absolutely STUNNING!!! The cushions are really firm which is what I was hoping for! The quality of this sofa is unmatched! Absolutely LOVE it! When this one starts to show signs or wear and tear, I will definitely purchase it again and again and again lol
