I did not notice any difference in my digestion, but slowly became aware of a drawback. I began getting headaches every day centred on my neck, and also a slight feeling of nausea. At first I did not associate it with this product but slowly it dawned - these problems started after I began taking the capsules. I stopped taking them and the headaches went away after a few days. I should have consulted my doctor about this kind of supplement - I have angina and I think the ingredients were possibly affecting my blood circulation, and causing headaches. Like other rviewers, and although the seal was unbroken on receipt I did find the contents low on capsile count. My conclusion from this experience is not to order and consume supplements without medical advice, though they may well suit many people without it. As an added note - I received a message from the seller and they are unexpectedly giving me a refund.
