Tri-Arc KDSR103166 3-Step Steel Rolling Industrial and Warehouse Ladder with Handrails and 16" Wide Perforated Tread

This ladder arrived early and with all required hardware and instructions. Meets quality and sturdiness expectations.

My husband and I have reached the age where ladders are scary. Having side rails and wide steps, and a platform are pretty much non-optional now for places with high shelves, vaulted ceilings, and smoke alarms in awkward places. This ladder meets all requirements. Assembly wasn’t difficult, and the product is sturdy. Wheel/leg operation works well. The ladder is easily moved, but as the supporting legs come down when weight is placed on the steps, it doesn’t roll around during use. There are four solid rubber tipped feet on the ground. The only drawback is that it takes up a lot of space when assembled, and there is no easy way to mitigate that. It also is significantly wider than an ordinary household ladder, so access through narrow doors would likely be impossible.

This was a good rolling step ladder. I had some of my warehouse employees put it together and they said it was a little challenging. You will want to make sure that you take care to make the steps level. We had an issue with that and had to redo some of the bolts. The top step is small so if you are going to get anything more than 5 steps or have to do any work on the ladder, I would make sure you purchase one with a bigger platform. We only purchased this to supplement a larger ladder (12 steps) that is more difficult to maneuver around the warehouse.

I have had it for a month now and need it to get to those top shelves..It fits nicely between my isles as I can get a forklift in them. It rolls easily and once I step down, it locks into place. I especially like the side rails as I have very heavy boxes to swing down and it helps mekeep my balance and gives me the security I want when moving those boxes around. Thanks.. About 1-1/2 hours to assemble.. WE had a few extra screws and bolts, but better more than not enuf. It works and that's what counts. I highly recommend it.

Product was delivered very late, later than what had been specified. When I finally received the product, it was missing parts. When I called the manufacturer (which is suggested by Amazon if you have a problem with the product) I was told by a company rep that the parts would be shipped by a certain date, in which I never received the parts, so I had to call the rep several more times to obtain the parts. When I finally received the parts they were the wrong parts. Had to call rep again on several more attempts. Finally received the parts a month after receiving the product. Would not recommend ordering any products from this company. I had also ordered a 7-step ladder through U-Line directly the same time I ordered this product through Amazon and not only did we receive the product on time, it also had missing parts which the company sent the parts immediately...we received them the very next day. You might pay a little more, but well worth the extra!!!!

Love, love, love this ladder. I'm working on my house (9 ft ceilings) through most of it. Putting up wallpaper, changing light bulbs, etc. feel SO comfortable using this ladder.

I like the product but after 2 weeks wait I did not like the condition I received it. Was supposed to be crated which it was but to my surprise I got it with the box opened and all loose nuts and bolts and small parts loose inside!!! Very dissapointed

The ladder itself looks like it will work for where it is needed. The product had some dents and scratches when it was received though. Packaging/shipping was well below average.
