Yes both sides can be printed on.

Is the final product the same thickness edge to edge?

With the 10 Mil Paper and 10 Mil Butterfly Pouches (10 Mil on Both Sides) the card comes out to 30 Mil Edge to Edge.

Will this work with a laser printer or copier?

No, this will only work for Inkjet. For a laser printer the paper will need to show Laser as the option.

Did anyone have trouble with the paper getting crumpled in their printer? I print on 4x6 all the time but this doesn't work.
