Got this to go with the curtains I ordered from Amazon. The whole thing looks great. Got these for my son's apartment . And his girlfriend are delighted with them.

Nice curtain rods for the price.

Tis was a very high quality, sturdy and beautiful curtain rod. It was easy to install.

The rod works as expected and looks good, especially after I painted the details gold. That said, the design is a bit flawed and the overall quality feels average. It’s functional and looks nice with some customization.

This was our first time installing a curtain rod. It was pretty easy and has held up well over the last several months! It's understated while looking nice. Would buy again!

The rod itself is fine. The installation hardware is absolute garbage. This company, like so many, cheaped out on hardware and provided the worst drywall anchors I’ve ever used. (And if you’re only using screws, beware, they are so short they’ll barely bite into wood studs behind the drywall.) If the drilled hole isn’t precisely the correct size then the anchors either get mashed trying to insert/hammer them in (hole too small) or they just spin in place preventing the screw from tightening (hole too big). So what size drill bit should you use? Good luck because it is NOT in the installation instructions (see photo). I eventually settled on 13/64” which was slightly too small but if I tapped them in gently they’d eventually seat fully. For the “learning mistake” holes I switched to some spare anchors I had laying around (sooooo much better!) and I considered using my own longer screws but I didn’t have any the correct color to match the brackets. Also be warned: Some of the “thumb” screws in the brackets (for tightening onto the rod) are so poorly tapped that I was unable to turn them by hand. I used a screwdriver to loosen them (because you can do that pre-mounting) and a right-angle drill adapter to tighten them (no room for a normal-length screwdriver post-mounting, you’d need a stubby). Basically an infuriating and disappointing install, but I got it done eventually.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These are beautiful. The picture doesn’t do it justice. The gold finish does not look cheap like some of the other gold finishes I have seen.
