Yes, follow the instructions to carefully press your top and bottom teeth separately down into the molds. Make sure you don't go at an angle and that you have built up enough of the mold to get a deep enough impression of your front and back teeth, otherwise you'll be doing it over when they send you a new mold to redo it.

Does the mold have small pockets added to the fronts of the teeth to allow for bleach to cover surface without lifting away at the gum line?

Reason being is that with that style of tray, the gel tends to stay on that spot and not cover the full tooth.. Which can cause spotting. Our trays are made so they fit perfect and allow the gel to cover and treat the full tooth surface. When you use our gel applicator tip, the proper amount of gel will be dispensed so the tray is not overloaded with gel and get all over your gums.
