These metatarsal pads are really comfortable. They are soft, comfortable and easy to put in your shoes. I used them with high heels and they stayed in place all day. I like that they are reusable and invisible. My feet feel so much better - highly recommend!

does provide comfort I stick em inside my heels ( not on my feet) and it actually has stayed in place in the shoe. I've purchased two packs so far so i put them in most of my high heels. you may want to avoid lotion on the bottom of the feet to prevent slipping

I found these metatarsal pads comfortable and really helpful for foot pain. They’re thin, don’t let my feet slide, and feel high quality. The stickiness could be better — sometimes they don’t hold well. Mixed on the price, but overall a good product.

With certain shoes they are terrible! They get super sticky on your feet even when you sweat they start coming apart in the process as you walk. I would only suggest wearing them with flat shoes or with heels that aren’t split in the middle between the big toe. My feet were hurting 10x more than wearing it regular.

This is my second purchase of this item. Very useful for many of my heels. Sticking powerful, comfort enhanced.

I would give it a zero rating. But, it doesn’t let you. The bag was opened and two of the pads were used they were stuck together and I threw them away, I was going to return them, but for the $4change I would waste time driving them there.

These do work! I have them in my work sneakers under the massaging gel inserts

Similar to party feet but not as padded, good for providing grip in high heels as my feet kept sliding forward in them, these inserts helped to keep my feet in my shoes.

Good value for money. Easy to stick on. Did slip slightly , but added extra protection for the ball of the foot when shoes had to be worn for a longer period of time .

I buy these for every occasion where I where high heels. They make high heels easier to wear.

Position them right and they're ok. Nothing special

I never wear heeled shoes without putting these in first. They're a must-have. Especially as I do latin dance, I don't really how much it can mess up your feet if you don't have proper support.
