Prime-Line B 702 1 In. Steel Screen Door Roller (2 Pack)

It is a screen door roller, what can I say? It fit fine and rolls well. The unit it replaced was the same except seized up. At least new this does roll very well (world of difference!); we will see if it corrodes or otherwise fails over time. Fairly inexpensive and easy to replace though. The one I received was missing a screw; I just used one of the old ones which were OK. I am sure the company would send a replacement if I asked, just didn't seem worth the bother since I had one I could use. Looks like the package had been squished a bit and the part probably just fell out, so probably not the fault of the manufacturer.

These are exactly the same as the factory wheels on our patio screen door. The old ones at the bottom of the door were seized up with rust and one was bent, making it a wrestling match to get the door open or shut. Particularly when going in or out of the door with only one hand available, due to carrying a plate of food on its way to or from the grill. It took all of 15 minutes to install these, and now several years of dealing with a progressively more difficult door have been replaced by nice, smooth, cuss-free operation. You can now open or close the screen with one finger. Should have bought them years ago. Adjusting the door height is easy with the adjustment screws. They come unlubricated as far as I could tell, so I put a couple drops of light oil on the bearings before installing. Long-term annoyance eliminated!

Replaced all 4 rollers on sliding screen door, easy job, and door is totally quiet and smooth sliding.

These rollers were identical to the originals. Patio door was originally installed by apartment maintenance. Apparently hispanics don't know the phrase square and plum when installing a door. I have had problems since day one. There is a trick to lock the main slider but I figured it out. Screen door has never slid freely like it should because of bad adjustment and door not square. A roller jumped off track so I took door completely off. Some rollers were rusty and bearings felt a little rough. I bought two pair of these and they fit like a glove. Once I reinstalled the door I adjusted bottom screws to where door was about an eighth of an inch from the slide track. Had to adjust rear screw to compensate for out of squareness to get equal gap on closing side. Afterwords adjust top screws so no more than eighth of an inch up and down free play on both sides. Door glides like butter and should never come off track the rest of it's life.

Needed to replace the rollers on my patio screen door. I measured the distance of the mounting holes and they seem to line up. Took a chance and ordered them. Fit perfect. I could use the original mounting screws because they were shorter than what came with the rollers. Only one problem. The stray cat we feed is trying to open the screen door.

One worked really well, the other in the box was defective. Only ended up needing one anyway so wasn't worth the effort to go through the return process.
