These are very nice placemats and they wash up very nicely. They are a very good bargain for the price.

I'm not one to review, even when I'm unhappy. I was in a pinch to find placemats for Thanksgiving and ordered these. If I wasn't stuck with them because they've been used; I'd happily return them. The size and shape are exactly what I wanted, but the material (outer fabric and very loose/low density batting) is so cheap I'm close to ripping them apart for making a pattern to sew my own.

At first, I was hesitant to order these placemats because of several bad reviews. Never-the-less, I did and I am glad. One thing I have to say, if you are expecting red do not order these. If you want a nice wine color, maroon, then these are for you. They are as pictured and go well with our table and room.They arrived with minimal creasing and the stitching was fine. One of the complaints in some reviews. They could use a little more padding, but otherwise they are fine. They may slide around a little, our old ones did too, but this is to be expected. If you want them to stay in place get silicon. As for cleaning, most reviews said they are easy to wash and care for. We have not had a spill yet.I think I have addressed all the concerns in the other reviews. I would recommend these placemats. They are a fine product for you money.

These 'quilted' placemats are a mega rip-off. They're very thin and cheaply made. Very disappointing. These aren't the first disappointing items I've ordered from Collections, etc., but they are the last. Buyer beware.

I’ve had this set for a while but just machine washed them. I’ve been spot cleaning after dinner and they clean easily and dry quickly. I wanted to put them away for Easter so I machine washed them treating a couple of grease spots.They washed beautifully and look brand new. So pleased and I love the circle mat for the center of the table. I have a heavy lazy Susan in the center of my table and this works great to protect it. My only complaint is that I want some lighter color choices for summer: aqua, yellow, light blue, light green, and true red for the holidays, please!
