DaVinci Gourmet Classic Syrup, Black Cherry, 25.4 Ounce (Pack of 3)

We get this primarily so that my wife can make cherry cokes at home. I also use it for that as well as in mocha's. While the black cherry flavor is better in our opinion than the basic cherry flavor from DaVinci, I still find it a little on the sweet side. It is syrup, but different kinds have different levels of sweetness balanced with flavor. It would be an easy five-star if it was just slightly less sweet and stronger in the black cherry flavor. For me, the sweetness is on the edge of over-powering the black cherry flavor. Still good - stands out as a good added flavor to strong drinks like coke and espresso, but for some it may be too sweet.

Very good Black Cherry flavor. I add two or three drops to my Diet Dr. Pepper.

OMG! What can I say? Best tasting syrup on the market... I buy 3 a month usually and put in my Dr Pepper soda to give it that extra zip! A little pricy so I will be looking for coupons since I buy so much,, but regardless I will still purchase! It's twice as good as the competitors because I feel the recipe is thicker and stronger. Not watered down like many others.

Finding cherry flavored coffee that really taste like cherry is really hard. Now I just add 2 teaspoons of this and enjoy. Great hot or cold.

The taste is good but it takes a lot of syrup to get the flavour (hence the 4 stars). I don't find the flavour quite as rich as a dark cherry shot at Starbucks but overall not bad at all ; )

We love this stuff - use it to make sodas all the time.

Exact duplication of the taste of Dr. Brown's Black Cherry soda at a fraction of the price. I use with Soda Stream soda maker.
