Speedo Women's Endurance+ Shirred Tank Onepiece Swimsuit

At my age, I was considering only one-piece suits, and I had had a shape-change in the belly area. I wanted something that might be slimming as well as look nice. I had to study the body diagrams and pay attention to other kind reviewers about this suit to guess on sizing. I ordered a size 12. When it came and I spent a sweaty half-hour trying to get it on, it worked! I was a tad worried about the time to get into it, but by the time I had to wear it in public I had lost a few more pounds and the donning was much easier. Liked the top squared neckline, and the matching slightly lower square back line. OTOH, the weight loss had almost made the suit too long, and it was definitely loose around my rear end. But it worked. Color looked great and I wasn't embarrassed to wear it around the pools in Cancun.First time I dared to order a swim suit online, but it turned out fine.

I can't tell if I like this bathing suit or not.Since I am very thin but gained a lot of weight only on the belly, this bathing suit is perfect because it makes me look very fit.BUT remember to order this product at least two sizes bigger. I usually wear a Xtra small or Small size, but I bought that one in Medium size and I need five minutes to put it on or take it off.Beside that, the material seems to be a very good quality. It looks simple but classy.

I have several issues with this suit. First, it is not the smooth material that has been in all the other speedo suits that I have bought - it has a kind of rough feel to it. Maybe that will help it last longer, not sure, but it isn't as comfy. Second, the shirred paneling is not flattering at all. Somehow it creates the look of belly rolls where there aren't any already. It is quite peculiar. And third, the straps are constructed funny so that they twist if you are doing standard lap swimming. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting a super fast racing suit or anything, but I was expecting something I could lap swim in comfortably, and this isn't it.

I have owned several Speedo Endurance bathing suits and have loved that they stay bright and keep their shape in spite of daily dunkings in a chlorinated pool, but the lining of my last suit turned to cobwebs, leaving me with a usable -- if lining-less -- suit. I just bought another, hoping that it was just an aberration. We'll see!

This suit fit well other than the bust area, which had too much padding for me, since I have a large bust. The straps are non-adjustable and are too long for adequate support. I did remove the padding which improves the fit but would not recommend this suit for large-busted women.

I like the material and the look, but the size is somewhat small. I normally wear a size 12 with my other speedo swimsuit, but this one was a little tight.

I love Speedo Endurance swim suit but these two would not stretch enough to pull on. I have had similar speedo suits before and with a little tugging I was able to get them on, but not these two. I would send them back but there was no paper work included. Help.

Female Spouse:I like the color, and the style is unusual. I had the straps shortened, and the back seat shirred for a customized fit. The alterations were minimal. I feel very comfortable wearing it, since tailoring it.
