I got this when my dog trainer recommended it. She liked the thickness of it, and also the padded handle. She says it gives me more control of him when we're learning HEEL -- and crucially, it's safer than a regular lead because it stays up on his neck behind his ears and doesn't slip down where a sudden pull could damage his trachea.

The media could not be loaded. I rescued my German Shepard a year ago and when we went for walks I felt like she walked me on the way there and I walked her on the way back bc she was tired. This is my first time using this type of leash. Immediately out the front door she started pulling like normal but choking herself. She's intelligent so after a couple of pulls she learned quickly! I highly recommend this leashe for training purposes only! The handle is nice with plenty of cushion.

Having 2 strong dogs, this brand is by far the most sturdy of the multiple leashes I've purchased previously. It's also the prettiest. It arrived the following day.
