SPECS / MEASUREMENTS FOR EACH SIZE & P OTHER SUGGESTIONS
See the attached photo of chart with measurements for each size plus suggested size per your height. The chart was found at the brand's own website (link to that below if interested). Please feel free to mark this as "helpful" so others will see this necessary information when looking at the item.As for the size-to-height suggestions, use them as a general GUIDELINE only: if you have a significant spine issue (ie, lordosis, pinched nerve, etc) or even just a preference for having your knees at a significant height when lying down, then don't go by the height chart at all. If you're still unsure of which to pick, here's my solution --and what I did myself. This little experiment helped significantly:-- Get together a tape measure (preferably a fabric one), pillows (couch cushions work well; it's just for a second), and if possible a second person to help you measure (this isn't a necessity but is helpful).-- Now lie down somewhere where you may use the product, now place the pillows under your knees, tweaking them until you're comfortable with the setup.-- As you're lying down now. have the second person measure the pillow height at your knees (in inches). Then continue with measurements across the width & length. If you're doing this solo, carefully get up (so you don't disturb your pillow setup) then proceed to measure the height, length, width.-- Now tale those measurements (especially the height) and compare which sized items. For ex I'm just 5'2" which means I'd get the SMALL from the chart but after I did the above process, my measurements for height were even HIGHER than Large. I got a medium to be safe but it's still too small and I should have trusted my measurements.http://www.jobri.com/product/leg-wedge-large-ecru-br2550lg/

Wonderful product!
I am 6'1" with a pant leg length of 34". The LARGE leg rest is perfect for a man my size.I am a back sleeper, but I usually fall asleep on my side. The leg rest does not interfere with my ability to fall asleep.I have been using a 45-degree wedge pillow to raise my head to prevent acid reflux. But every morning, I would find myself at the foot of my bed, having slid down the wedge pillow while I slept. The wedge pillow also caused a great deal of pressure to build between the surface of the bed and the area between my lower back and upper buttock. The pressure began to cause skin-related issues that, had I been bed-bound, would have developed into bedsores. My purpose for purchasing the leg rest was two-fold: To prevent me from sliding down the wedge pillow and to relieve the pressure on my lower back.It has been a complete success. I have finally found the answer to a good night's sleep. The combination of the wedge pillow and the leg rest is extremely comfortable. Also, even though my head and chest are raised, my feet are now elevated slightly above the level of my heart. The size chart is on the leg rest's packaging.Extra small: For people up to 5'2"Small: For people between 5'3" and 5'5"Medium: For people between 5'6" and 5'11"Large: For people 6' and tallerThe LARGE is 20" wide, 22" long, and 10" tall at its highest point. The leg rest also comes with a removable, terrycloth zippered cover, which can be machine washed.

Great product - really does relieve the stress off of your back and an added bonus for me, relieves the pain in my knees
Great product, really does help help take pressure off of my sore aching back - and as an added benefit it also relieves the pain in my knees too. I had to play the sizing by ear. I had ordered the small one at first since I have the legs of a person that is 5'1" (even thou I'm 5'6", I'm very long in my body)....but I discovered that the pillow didn't raise my legs up as high as I wanted them to be raised. So I returned the small and purchased the large and that one was just perfect. I ordered one for my husband and he loves it too. I'm confined to bed 95% of the time, so that is where I use it, laying flat on my back. He uses his while sitting in his recliner and when he is in bed. He has noticed a difference in his pain levels of his back after just one week of use.....when I REMIND him to use it LOL

so my lower back pays a painful price every morning when I get up
I haven't had back pain during my sleep since using this pillow! First, let me explain my reasoning on purchasing the size that I did. I am short, 5'3'' with stubby, short legs. I am very overweight, carry nearly all of my weight on my lower half, so my lower back pays a painful price every morning when I get up. I decided to go ahead and purchase the medium size based off of the height of the pillow. I wanted a pillow that would allow my legs to rest a little higher and not touch the mattress. This size is PERFECT! It took some time getting use to as the pillow as it is not as soft as the 3 pillows I would attempt to wedge under my knees. However, I don't know if it's me having gotten use to it or the pillow has finally gotten a little softer because now I can sleep so comfortably all night on my back and wake up with no lower back pain. Cannot recommend this pillow enough!!

This is a great leg rest at a price that won't break the bank.
I had back surgery and after returning home I wanted something that would flatten my back while in bed. This leg rest is solid enough to hold your legs up while also being soft enough to be comfortable giving you a good night's rest. My legs didn't fall asleep while using it and I found I could even use it while sleeping on my side. I keep it now and use it occasionally if I have any residual back pain. I should note I originally wanted the leg rest hospitals use on MRI machines but they cost around $200. I didn't want to spend that much and I'm glad I purchased this leg rest instead. It works great.

I wanted something a little larger to raise my legs ...
I wanted something a little larger to raise my legs more when lying in a supine position. IT is firm enough just not high enough
