We purchased the sofa 3 cushion version not love seat. Came on a truck and packed in heavy cardboard, packaging was decent, no damage. Nice quality product, looks awesome. Took it to our cabin in Utah mountains. Lots of use during 2 weeks , visitors all complimented it. Is very comfy, surprisingly because the cushions kind of looked over stuffed at first. But they work very well. I slept on it one night, was very comfortable, I'm 6 ft 1, 210lb. Don't really have any negatives, at least not yet. We will see how long it lasts with kids jumping all over it.One small gripe. It was not clear how to install the legs. The holes where you screw them in had material covering them. Quick and easy to punch through once you figure it out but for a newbie like me took a while to realize that's how it was done.//update May 2014-- OK this is my update. It is several months since this couch arrived. Everyone really likes it. We were so pleased with the first that we purchased its "cousin", another couch that had horses instead of bears/moose on it. Same on-time delivery, beefy packaging and high quality product. Would recommend these to anyone.

This pattern is beautiful! I got the love seat last year and had to set money aside to complete my living room. I ordered the sofa on July 11th and it finally arrived yesterday (October 6th). Felt like it would never come but finally it is here! I love it! Today is a rainy Saturday so I plan to finish my cleaning early and then stretch out on my comfy couch and watch some movies!5 stars for both the sofa and the delivery guys. . . But if you ate in any kind of hurry I would look elsewhere.

Couch is comfortable. But the stitching definitely is poor. It just keeps coming undone and I'm sure I'll eventually just have to put a cover on it to get any mileage out of it. Which is sad because I purchased it for the design......

Good quality

We received this couch on a timely basis however the couch was damaged in transit. We had no problem in getting a replacement. They were professional , and very kind people to deal with in the return process and communication was great! We now have a beautiful sofa to enjoy. We actually have two of the styles and hold up great and are very comfortable. Going on 4 months now for the first sofa and so far so good! I would highly recommend!

Wasn't happy with the couch. It looked nice at first but after checking it better the cushions were black fabric on the bottom which I don't like that because I like to flip them once in awhile to even out the wear. The seams didn't seem as strong as my older rustic couch. I was so excited to get these because they looked just like the my old ones that have worn out.

We purchased the sofa and loveseat for our new home. Both are absolutely beautiful and surprisingly comfortable. We were very hesitant to order a couch/loveseat online but are glad we did. The only issue we discovered is one of the back pillows on the couch is a bit lite on fill. Since there are zippers and easy access I can add more fill and fix that. Otherwise very happy with purchase.

I was really positively impressed with most everything about this product and the process to get it in my living room. The shipping date came up sooner than expected, it was packaged very well and came out of the box clean and like new as you would expect. I was nervous that the brown fabric would be (forgive me) the kind that you can't touch without feeling like you're running your fingers down a chalk-board, but this fabric is really good looking and feels soft to the touch. It is firm and quite comfortable to sit on! We love it and think it fits very well into our lake house and definitely would buy this product from from this supplier again!
