Once you have it in your hands you can see the love that went into this wonderful product. It arrived carefully packaged in perfect condition. It is elegant. The smooth working stainless steel faucet is the only thing I see that could possibly leak, But for that unlikely problem there is a lifetime warranty. Buy it once and have it for future generations. It’s the only copper vessel that I’ve come across that holds 5 gallons. My household goes through 3-4 gallons/day, and this eliminates hassle of having the clutter of multiple jugs, jars and pitchers, not mention extra spills and cleanup. Because of it’s volume the water, has more time to be infused with all the benefits of copper. Kudos American Ayurveda.

Absolutely love it! It is solid copper except for the little spigot. Includes a nice little booklet that gives you use and care instructions, definitely think storing your drinking water and copper is a very good idea and recommend research for anyone considering this over plastic. Glass is a good alternative but does not provide the benefits of copper. Would definitely get again

As stated the bottom of the container appears to be leaking. Container itself is beautiful and stores normal temp water. On one of the images you will find a higher quality hammered copper container as well. Both containers are full and contain water, but only the product purchased here is leaking. There is a quality issue, will reach out to customer service. Ohhh! I’ve had the smaller copper container for longer, and it’s never once leaked. Will reach out to customer service for a solution of some sort. Updated as leak got worse over the days.

I purchased the 100% Pure Copper water Dispenser Storage Tank Pot, Stainless Steel Faucet spigot and Lid and LOVE IT !!! I am health conscious and find the water after 6 hours in the vessel to be very hydrating and tastes "fresh". The company is very accessible and super nice ! I had an issue after several months and called them about a drip in the faucet and they were super happy to help and are sending me a replacement . The owner was extremely nice, and polite, and told me they warranty their products for life. Thank you !! I am now Gifting their products instead of buying from unknown sources !! LOVE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS !!! THANK YOU!

Super beautiful vessel! The copper is stunning and our water station looks phenomenal. After quite a bit of use, our spout stopped working, but the customer service team was incredible and shipped us a new one free of charge! Can't rave enough about them! Thank you!

I don’t know about this 1 here now? The inside has cracks in the lining and don’t know if it would be safe to use? Will do some research on the safety of usage. Other than that I like how light it is, it looks nice and the size is pretty good too. Only complaint is the interior of the jug lining is dark not copper colored?

Every morning I get some water from this item. Workmanship is great, lid fits well, well built and sturdy

It is not one solid piece you can see the welds inside, It is very thin copper, and the bottom is extremely thin. I returned as soon as I opened it, it is only 5 pounds very light not heavy duty like I thought it would be. You could dent the bottom just by pushing on it hard with your hands. It will not last a lifetime I want something that will last a lifetime for $350 bucks. This is $100 product at best, you can tell it's massed produced from thin copper sheets. Everywhere you see the horizontal lines on dispenser is where they welded it. Not for me.
