Good durable fabric, and good tight elastic to hold it on your car. Provides very good solar ultraviolet protection and good dust/dirt protection. Over time rain and sun will degrade the fabric and it will become thin and brittle, but at this price it provides decent longevity. I use mine in a carport that protects from rain and most sun but still gets hit with southern sun exposure every day. On my 3rd or 4th iteration of this product over the years and have been happy with the value, daily performance, and reasonable longevity.

This is NOT an outdoor car cover. But it works just fine indoors. The "fabric" is closer to thick paper towels than to cloth but it's not scratchy so maybe there's some cloth mixed in. It's a bit like those fancy not-cloth dusting pads but more cloth-like. Just not actual cloth. It almost feels as if you good rip it with your hands, but you can't. It seems pretty strong. I've only had two of these for about two weeks now, so I have no info about longevity -- but they work well so far. I use them to cover two cars from dust in my garage. There are elastics in each corner which make keeping these on my cars easy. There are also strips of velcro on each corner for some reason I'm not sure about. If I were the manufacturer I'd print a wide brightly-colored band across the front of the cover so as you're putting it on the car, you could easily see which end is the front. You will mix up front and back at times. It comes with a good storage bag which you can just stuff the cover into. Putting it on the car is easy enough, but takes a couple of minutes to unroll the full length of the cover over the car, straighten it out, discover you've got he front end at the back of the car, turn it around, then pull the four elastic corners down under each bumpers. It's pretty lightweight but not silk lightweight since it has a little heft to it. For the price, this is a really good deal but I'm not sure it will last very long if I used it outdoors in the sun. That would require a good heavy-duty cloth cover. But for garage use, this is all you need and is actually a very good indoor cover. As for sizing, I went out and measured the length of my cars with a tape measure, added maybe half a foot "just in case," and ordered that length of cover Both covers fit just fine. If in doubt, get the slightly longer size, and you'll probably be fine. Trying to stretch a too-small cover over your car is not goingto work.

I live in Oregon and it is holding up to our early spring storms and torrential downpours. We get 7 - 8 months of substantial, regular, rain a year here. Unfortunately we have been unable to isolate the leak in my Land Rover, so my vehicle spends the the majority of the year entirely covered, sans for taking it off and on to drive it sparingly. Still one of my best Amazon purchases to date! ✽ I needed this cover to be 100% waterproof, and it is. I purchased this to cover the vehicle because the front of the headliner is leaking inside the vehicle and thus far we have not been able to isolate the leak. It covers my Land Rover Discovery completely, sans for the tires. The Discovery is the big, boxy, older style Land Rover, so this cover is very good-sized and would certainly cover any newer Land/Range Rover, as they are much more compact. My vehicle is basically a wide, tall, boxy, square on wheels with a large brush guard on the front bumper and spare tire that extends off the back bumper. I would expect this to cover any compact or mid-sized car without issue. It would depend on the length of the sedan as to whether it would be sufficient. If you have an older-style sedan with a long front and/or back end, I would definitely measure it our before ordering. 🔆 THE FIT: Fits my TALL, WIDE AND BOXY 2003 Land Rover Discovery 2 SE7 really well. Fits snugly and completely under front bumper and extends the length of the vehicle. It stretches completely over spare tire and down under back bottom step, which is where I attach the trunk loop under because clearly it has no trunk. This does not completely cover the tires however. This is of course because the vehicle is almost seven feet in height and over 6 feet in width. The security strap is just long enough to stretch across the width underneath the vehicle, and it is able to buckle as well. ➡️ TIP: I HAVE ATTACHED A PHOTO WITH THE EXACT SPECS OF MY VEHICLE FOR YOU IN THE PHOTO BELOW. 🌐 OVERALL: I couldn't be more pleased with this cover.
