Amazing hydration and softening properties, plus the perfect, almost imperceptible color it imparts, make this an all-star lip treatment. I have super dry, cracked lips that are very sensitive to product, and this is the first lip product I have found that soothes while it gives the perfect amount of natural sheen and a super soft pink color that looks like your natural lip tone (mine are very pale, so on darker lips, color may not show up at all but the shine is amazing). I personally absolutely love the scent, which is not reminiscent at all of citrus- it actually has a spicy, autumnal scent that blends beautifully and uniquely with he soft rose scent customary to Smith's salves. I don't believe it to be overpowering or synthetic-smelling like some have mentioned. In fact, it's my favorite scent so far regarding beauty products of any kind thus far (and this coming from a cosmetic chemist with a beauty blog- aka a product junkie). The very reasonable price tag is icing on the cake, especially seeing as the adorable tin is quite large and will last you at least several months. I recommend it to absolutely everyone!

I was really happy to get this and try it out since I love this whole product line. I love the way this feels its light and you don't need to reapply all day when using it. I really like putting it on before bed to wake up with soft lips instead of dry cracked ones when the weather is so cold. I may use it 3 times a day mostly after meals to keep my lips soft. It smells really nice like a spicy orange and I have not noticed any flavor so it does not smell all day under your nose. I usually forget I even have it on which I think is a nice touch. If you love the other products I would say you will enjoy this. It seems a bit lighter then the original rosebud but very nice.

This is a nice balm. It smells so good! Mandarin and Rose are such a lovely combination. The tint is so slight it's almost unnoticeable on the lips. It's like a slightly tinted and scented Vaseline type of balm. Really slick, but not sticky. Make sure you keep it out of the heat though. Mine showed up all melted to one side and in turn made the lid hard to open.

I am in love with this lip balm. It smells amazing, not to strong but, just enough smell. You can’t smell it when it’s on though too which is nice. It’s not greasy at all and it’s very light on the lips. A little goes a LONG way for sure. It really does help my chapped lips and it seems to stay on and last for a few hours before I need to reapply. 10/10 will buy again when I’m out!

I was disappointed with this product. It arrived completely melted over the sides creating a vacuum that made the tin impossible to open. Even chilled in the refrigerator I had to damage the top in order to get it undone. I had expected this to be a firmer lip balm once opened but it's not. The first ingredient is petrolatum so it has a very sticky consistency like Vaseline. The smell is pleasant but I didn't find that the product lasted very long and because of its semi liquid consistency it's not very portable. Ultimately my preference is for a more solid product and natural based ingredient list. My fault for not reading the ingredients more closely even though the product would appear at first glance to be more naturally based. Due to poor packaging construction, chemically based ingredients, short application life and poor portability I can't really recommend it. I gave it one star for smelling nice.

Mmmm love it

I think this us by far the best lip balm ever, but the cute little tin it comes in is awful. It's hit or miss getting it opened and extremely frustrating. I had to toss out a half full tin simply because I couldn't twist off the top.
