I purchased these after first getting the 6 pack of the pearl finish lipsticks and as pretty as they are... They barely differentiate in shades. This set is SO much beer in that regard. It might not have the ideal finish but that's okay because it's not completely matte either and I usually use gloss. I was so happy to find that these vary anywhere from light pink to real red. And I'm completely blown away by how long lasting they are. The last of the pigment doesn't come off until I exfoliate my lips! Definitely worth the money... A great set of lipsticks for days I'm in a hurry or want a toned down look. In this Pic I'm wearing the Red colored one which is the darkest color of the 6. I definitely recommend

Purchased for my daughter and I after she finished a sampler of Frog Prince. We are loving these so much more! They are so moisturizing, lips are gliding, not sticking!! We tried on a bunch and loved how pretty the colrs come out. We are fair skinned but have a tan right now. My daughter did the blue, looks like the color of pitaya and makes her green eyes pop!!!!. I did the green and it was a reddish/orange tone. Then topped with blue and it was a pretty Hot red. I waited 5 minutes and wiped to see if the color stayed. It was still there! Then I wanted to see how the yellow looked on top, since it was so popular. It gave my lips a hot pink tone since my lips were stil hot red from before. We ate lunch. My lips are still gliding, and I still have a bright tint on my lips. See pic attached. Love these!!!

My friend said that the color does not come off on your coffee cup. It does. But they are fun to try, to see what color each one turns after you apply it. I have tried each one and like the colors I get. Each one is nice and creamy to apply, they feel kind of moisturizing and I am enjoying them. They are easy to use and the coverage is good.

I've only had this lipstick since last night - but I did wear it all evening and wore a light layer to the gym this morning. The color I used in the photo is the BLUE, which turned to a medium pink on me (light reddish skin tone, reddish hair). It's closer to 'natural' rosy lip color and stains the lips, which I like. It seems to be moisturizing (more so than my Revlon colorstay) and, if you apply a little chapstick over it later (like I did at gym), the color remains (doesn't wipe/fade off). This reminds me a LOT of the old Cody lipstick I used in the 80s, which stained the lips. I'm hoping this works out because I LOVE lipstick, but most these days are not quality. They are either long-wear and drying, or moisturizing and come off at the first sip from a cup or bottle!

I have used this lipstick for years. Most lipsticks that last a long time are so drying. This is not. The colors run from pink to magenta (I tone down the darker colors with a frosted gloss). The colors would probably be most flattering to those who look best in cool tones. If you wear brown lipstick, I would say these are not for you. The pink turns to a bit darker pink shade; the orange turns to a coral; the yellow turns to a deeper pink; the green to an even deeper pink; the light blue even deeper; and the dark blue is almost a magenta. At least that is what they do on me. I am fair and blond. I apply the lipstick, wait a few seconds, blot, then reapply. It is almost like a lip stain. After it has dried on the lips, it will not come off on a glass or cup, yet somehow it stays moist. I don't know how they do it, I just hope they keep on doing it.

I've been using this brand since FOREVER! These lipsticks are creamy and your lips keep the color for HOURS! I promise! I've been their fervent customer for almost 20 years! They don't disappoint!

Stays on forever and look great. This is fantastic either on its own or underneath your favorite lipstick to improve the fading process--it really does stay on all day and if you have any lipsticks that you love but they just don't stay on as long as you want or they fade in an ugly noticeable way, this makes a GREAT base. On its own, it feels very comfortable like a lip balm and you'll forget you're wearing it, but the color will stay. Also, just the fact that they change color is exciting.
