Americolor Soft Gel Paste Food Color, 4.5-Ounce, Sky Blue

I have baked and decorated cakes for years. I absolutely love Americolor food gel the best. Takes a very small amount for a deep color.

Americolor gel colors are the absolute best!! As can be viewed in the photo, the color can be adjusted depending on desired shade. Both shades of blue were achieved with Americolor Sky Blue. There was no taste difference between the dyed icing and the plain buttercream. It also works great in fondant! I use Americolor for all my gels. FYI- the red is Americolor Super Red.

I normally try to by my AmeriColor gel colors from Grunderfully Delicious (Shop small), but I was in a pinch and this came just in time for an order I needed ASAP!

The color is intense with only a little drop and mixes evenly.

I just love Americolor gel colors. They are so vibrant and you use so much less than other brands. I used sky blue for my italian meringue buttercream and I used the green for dyeing my fondant.

Love this icing color. I've always used Wilton brand coloring, but decided to try out Americolor. I will continue to buy this brand. Doesn't thin buttercream and doesnt take much to get your desired color.
