Great quality Leather and I appreciate the retro styling! Brings me back to my teenage years in the 70's! The leather is thick and sturdy, the buckle and snaps look solid, definitely built to last. I needed to purchase 20mm lug pins with this band since my factory watchbands come with their own pins and this band does not.

I thought its might be too big and uncomfortable since its so wide, but instead its amazing how comfortable it is. It distributes the weight of the watch so well, it breathes easily, so I'm never sweaty under the band, which was common with all other watch bands I've ever used. I did soften it up a bit more by rubbing it with coconut oil when it arrived. Made it that more softer and flexible. I love it! Looks great too! I suggest folding it and bending it a lot when you first get it, every inch of it, to wrinkle up the surface and give it a heads-start to that cool worn leather look.

Just got this so I could get my watch more off my wrist as it was causing a bad rash from the metal. Out of the packaging it seems extremely sturdy, more so than I was expecting. Works just like I was hoping! It raised my watch off my wrist enough that I feel I will not have anymore issues with my watch causing me harm wearing it for extended periods. You can see what my watch was doing to my hand in the photos. If any issues popup over the next few weeks to months I will update my review accordingly.

Like many other reviewers I wore this style from 1969 through late 1980s. Love the retro look and feel as well as simple snap to connect watch feature. No need to remove pins from case to swap watches. However, The snaps will unsnap with much lighter effort than my bands from years ago. They are somewhat weak in design, but still functional for most situations. In typical work or social life they are fine, but don't expect to go running through the jungle or rock climbing if you want to keerp your watch secure. The double tang buckle is superb! It is very easy to put on or take off without looking or feeling what I am doing. Will I buy again? Maybe. Snaps are a concern. If I can devise a secure solution which still allows rapid case removal I probably will, since I have found nothing else like this on Amazon or in local stores. Falls short of perfect, but far better than others. Last thing to be aware of is that the leather is quite dry and stiff on receipt. I suggest you soak this with Neatsfoot oil overnight, then wipe dry and protect outer side with Mink oil polish. It will remain supple and comfortable for years to come with simple leather care. In a pinch you can even oil with plain mineral oil, or even 3-in-1 type oil as a last resort (the last may be mildly toxic). RECOMMENDED

I was tired of all the small bands for the smart watches. Years ago, I had a wide cuff band like this for one of my favorite watches. I had to make some modifications to the band so the heart rate sensor would work. Took a little work… just used an exacto knife. Doesn’t look pretty… but hey… it works and from the top side you can’t tell I was a hack. I used the charger to make the first circle and then scaled it back knowing I could always make it larger if I had too. Just keep in mind you’ll also need the spring bar/adapter for the watch- I had a pack of the silicone bands that I just took a set off of. I will agree that it has a smell to it. Pretty strong… but like the others they said it went away with wear. I’m pretty sure I’ll be buying another one in another style so I can switch it up once in a while. I really just wish it didn’t smell so strongly. This girl is happy with it. Should had mentioned this this the smaller of the two watch sizes. I would certainly think these would work with the larger size also. UPDATE: I've had it now for a few weeks and it very comfortable to wear and has no smell. STILL happy :) UPDATE #2: I bought another band in a different style same brand! I've been wearing this for months and I just love the way it feels. Honestly doesn't even feel like the watch is on. I wear it around the clock except for charging where I just shove the charger between the leather and the watch. Works perfect. Wore it out digging in the mountains a few weeks ago and it held up to some abuse then cleaned up looking brand new. Of course I have a "bumper" on my smart watch. I even jumped in the lake because I forgot it was on. Ooops -- left it out in the sun to dry and it's just fine. The smell is gone and I haven't had any issues with the buttons holding the watch in. It definitely has some wear to the outside of the band and has soften up with age. The last three photo's show what it looks like after months of wear. Still happy!

Bought for my Metallica watch. Its awesome and genuine real leather smell and all. Love it!

It's got that 70s vibe to it I had one like when I was a kid

While the overall design is what I want with a wider, cuff design, and the leather is really high quality, the metal in the buckle and clamps aren't so high quality. If they were made out of stainless steel or something that doesn't rust with skin, I'd appreciate it greatly and buy more

This watch band is great. My wrist is just shy of 8” circumference and this easily fits. It’s long enough to fit comfortably and still have enough length to tuck the end of the strap into the loop. Using it for my Garmin Vivoactive 4S which has an 18mm wide lugs and 45mm from pin to pin. Fits this band perfectly. I cut a couple of holes into the band to accommodate the heart rate monitor and charging connection. Even with the holes, the strap still feels sturdy and the functionality of the watch isn’t affected. Finally found a decent band that doesn’t look or feel cheap.

This is a really impressive, belt style watch band, especially for a chunky watch and bigger wrists. My wrist, at 7", is just about as small as can reasonably wear this band, but it is still comfortable and feels extremely durable and high quality due to the thickness and quality of the leather used. It comfortably handles 18 and 19mm lugs and looks amazing with a mid sized field watch or a vintage tool watch. Highly recommended!
