Where does this item ship from? Ridiculous that standard shipping would take anywhere from 3 weeks to nearly 8 weeks.

They told me China. Which means it will take the max shipping time. Always does from China. -_-

I just received my kit and the Perm lotion has an awful smell. Is it suppose to be scent free?

I don't think they are scent free. Mine smelled like perm solution which is pretty stinky.
