THIS STUFF IS AMAZING - A MUST FOR THE DISCERNING FOODIE - EXCELLENT FOR CAPRESE SALADS
This is one of those products that is so good that I was strongly compelled to write a review. The depth of flavor is amazing. I hate having to take the time to make my own reduced balsamic vinegar… plus this product is portable and easy to use. While this glaze has multiple applications, we use it most commonly for when we make a caprese salad with burrata mozzarella cheese, any type of good fresh tomato (sliced cherry or grape are easy to eat if you’re away from home) and fresh basil. Add some high-quality olive oil and then squirt this glaze on top, and you’re in business! Perfect for camping, outdoor concerts/symphonies, etc. Trust me, this stuff is amazing!

Love this stuff
I love this stuff. My favorite is on pizza or pasta, but it's good on other things too. used to buy it at world market but after I moved away I had to find someplace new to get it (online). Any other kind I've tried from the grocery store has been funny tasting or disgustingly sweet, like they add sugar to it. Not this kind! This stuff is delicious.

Excellent Product and Used on Many Things
One of my favorite products. Use it on many things especially salads. Low in calories and fat. very disappointed in that I believe the company is no longer making it.

Excellent flavor
I use it when I bake salmon and for tomato and mozzarella salads. The consistency and flavor are great.

Not actually a reduction sauce...added cornstarch.
I don't love be that there is added corn starch to this for thickening. It wasn't on the ingredients when I looked on amazon before ordering. I thought I'd found one that was actually a REDUCTION sauce. That being said, it's pretty good anyway.
