Authentic
Having lived in Spain for 20 years I am so pleased to be able to buy these on line. Still do family paellas most weekends. I have given away satchets and the recipients say they make all the difference to the taste and colour of the rice. Of course I use saffron as well but these are a wonderful base for that authentic taste.
