KUNQUN 1000 6000 dual grits stone can meet all your requirements in sharpening. Suitable for kitchen knives, kitchen scissors, shears, chef knives, pocket knives, hunting knives, precision tool, straight razor, axes, chisels, planer tool and some other woodworking tools. EXCEPT serrated blades and ceramic knife. And no messy and expensive oil needed, just add water!

Sharpening Instructions
Step 1: Soak the stone in the water for about 5-8 minutes, so that the stone can fully absorb moisture.
Step 2: Clip the guide on knife. First use #1000 grinding 10-15 minutes for a rough grinding . Then use #6000 grinding 10-15 minutes for a fine grinding or polishing.(The perfect sharpening angle is 10~30 degree).
Step 3: After you have sharpened the knife, clean the knife and stone with a wet cloth or rinse it with water, and put the stone in the air to dry.

WARM TIPS:
The most common mistake when sharpening is changing the angle during the grinding process, because it will create a round blade.
Please make full use of the surface not just the middle part. (You can use the fix stone to keep the level when needed)
Please add water properly in the process of sharpening to keep humidity of the stone.
The product should be kept in cool and ventilated environments and prevented from insolation.
