Smooth as silk
I needed a ribbon for my saya. Most of the rope that is sold online is for the tsuka and begins to fray after much Rei Ho. I needed something that could be folded over and straightened several times without losing its integrity. This works great.

Too soft
$8 was not cheap for a soft nylon one, I will get the cotton one later this one too soft

Not the standard width i expected
I bought this as a Sageo to attach my katana to my hakama himo for Iaido. I have Sageo that came with swords already.Those are all a standard width while this is narrower and intended as Tsuka wrap for grip. However, total width is irrelevant to me as i needed a Sageo of at least 3 metres in length. This is 4 metres and will more than do the job
