Bought this product for myself and a patient. It helps with facial and neck decongestion from surgery. It’s good to use after massage to keep the fluid moving and as part of your daily decongestion routine. It’s comfortable and tolerable. I wear it for an hour in the AM and PM.

I purchased this product for healing a chin lipo. When you measure the size to buy, don't measure from the tip of your chin around your head, rather, measure from the double chin to around your head. I made that mistake and the strap is a little small. My second complaint is I had to cut the ear holes out wider. They were longer than needed but not nearly wide enough. After this jerry-rigging the strap it serves its purpose, although I need to bunch it up under the chin to feel compression, and that leaves open puff pockets around the ears, which is okay but looks weird. It's true as other reviews say it has a factory stink but I guess it's safe to hand wash with soap and water and perhaps the smell will go away. As for the moisturizing feature, I don't know what they're talking about as it's just a synthetic strap. I also bought another chin strap to have a comparison or at least a change of straps, but apparently there's a package thief in my building and while it says "Delivered" here on Amazon, I never received it and don't know how to complain. Amazon needs to start delivering to doors in buildings because leaving packages in the lobby and labeling them "Delivered" means I won't always get what I paid for. That is very frustrating and can't be good business for Amazon.

I liked the material. Nice alternative to the other mask that also goes over the lower part of your face, under your lower lip. The only thing I wish is for a longer cut for the ears, which is a little bit too high for me and only exposes half of my ears on top...thus I may have to make it longer by cutting . It's great for wearing when not in bed, especially doing house work.

No matter how much you change the length of this thing, it’s too small. The fabric isn’t very tough either. As i pulled it apart to maybe give it a stretch and see if it fit, and the fabric where the chin rests just ripped open. Maybe I strong armed it, not sure, I didn’t feel like I was pulling very hard. There’s a scent to the fabric as well. It’s not very pleasant, definitely a manufacturing smell.

I used it the 1st week I received it. My face showed good results. I stopped wearing it and noticed a difference, went back to the old ways. Wore it last night and again showed improvement. I would recommend it to others. The cloth is breathable and did not smell like other reviews mentioned.

It's made of decent quality, but ridiculously small. My friends say my head is small, but this makes me feel like a bobble head. It's so tight, when fastened at a spot, I feel I am getting support, I start feeling light headed. When I have the Velcro at the level my ears actually fit the hole(vey long and oddly placed ear holes), it too loose. Feel it's not giving my chin support. Pointless to wear at this position. I bought this cause I've lost a lot of weight and my skin never bounced back. Even with a neck lift, I still have very prominent platysma muscles. It bothers me very badly. So, I bought this hoping it would help when looking down at my phone or laying in bed to watch laptop. Sadly it hasn't helped after wearing everyday.

I like this product a lot. It is not uncomfortable unless I have the seams over my ears. I think it does help the lines on my neck.
