works as expected. very lightweight but does the job. air is a little slow getting into the bottle, but i don't know if that's the bottle or this dispenser's design. it does seem slower than my friends $200 upright one but i'm happy with the price for performance value.

This is a great product for my needs. I wanted a filtered water source for 2nd floor. This accepts 3 gallon/11.34 liter jugs and the refillable ones I use have a handle.

Too light weight but at least it doesn't leak
I bought this to replace a dolphin pump that was over 10 years old. It's super light which is a plus and minus. The water goes on easily and absolutely no leaking. After I put the water bottle on (5 gallons) I bumped the base and it moves easily on the counter top and seemed wobbly. This is due to the thin plastic. While it seems to be doing the job I don't know how long it will last and I feel like I need to be extra careful when putting the heavy bottles on the base. I could be wrong and it might list as long as my dolphin pump. It looks nice on the counter so that's a plus. I do feel for the quality of the plastic, the price is too high.
