Llegaron bien ,los probioticos que he comprado siempre se tomaron 1 al dia y no me hacen mucho efecto ,no me pareció caro el good flora pues lleva 60 cápsulas pero como todo está escrito en extranjero estaba en duda sobre la dosis diaria a tomar ,he traducido y pone de 2 a 3 cápsulas diarias , me parece bastante caro si se debe tomar esa dosis diaria , hoy me llegó, sigo siempre los videos de Frank Suarez y por eso los compré ,por problemas gastrointestinales , hoy empiezo a tomarlos haber .
