This is a great little stand. It folds up compactly and is sturdy when opened up to hold my flute. When folded up to keep in my gig bag, , I did put a little rubber band around the metal legs to secure them in the 'up' position. For this price point, I'm very happy with this. Lastly, the Tripod Stand arrived much sooner than the expected delivery date, which was another plus!

It’s super lightweight and easy to use. The legs were a little stiff when I first got it but they rotate beautifully now. It holds my clarinet up and is convenient in rehearsal. I wouldn’t use the stand to store the instrument at home or in a setting where there’s a lot of moving around because the clarinet could still rip over easy if you bump into it. Doesn’t fit in my case but easily fits in a book bag, purse, suitcase, etc

Oboist here. Works well, quick to put together, easy to store. Not the most stable but fine for rehearsals or extended rests.

Very sturdy. Quick, convenient setup. I change locations where I teach, sometimes multiple times a day, so easy breakdown, streamlined storage and setup are important. I have two stands.....one for travelling and one that stays in my home studio. LOVE them!

Sturdy stand does its job, but it feels really cheap. The legs are metal and fine for holding a clarinet, but I feel like if I accidentally step on this it won't survive. There is no actual hinge or anything, the metal lets are stretched out to stay in place when they are locked. Folded up the legs don't lock either. Doesn't really store well in a typical older case since it's quite thick. If you want to travel with it, it is light. I probably should have spent thr extra few bucks on a nicer one, but I'll keep it.

I like a cheap flute stand like this for the possibility of forgetting and leaving it behind. I have nice wooden one that screws together that I bought 45 years ago and it still works fine. I would hate to forget it or lose it somewhere, so a cheap one like this let's me set my flute down vertically instead of propping on a stand or leaning against a wall, both of which are not good for a flute.

The look is sleek. The holder is pretty stable and sturdy. I use the stand for my flute, it fits well, and it looks very professional on stage. Storing the stand is super easy as well. I am satisfied with this purchase so far.

This product is rubbish quality - the base rubber smells toxic, the plastic stem when arrived is scratched and the metal rods splits with sharp edges which could injure someone. Return the product immediately and ask for a refund but after many weeks, I am still waiting for a reply and my cash back from ANDOER Ltd. Guessed that the company (ANDOER Ltd) has taken the product back and my money too! Don't buy this product if you don't want trouble and your money down the drain!!!
