This flashlight is so strong that I have dropped it off of wings/ engine pylons of widebody aircraft (10-20 feet) for years with no problem. Dropped it a couple days ago and it finally stopped working. Turns out the flashlight isn’t broken, the positive terminal on the battery inside was dented from the repeated drops. Swapped out the battery and it is still bright as ever. Well worth it
