I've bought five
I have bought a total of five of these. Four during the aftermath of hurricane Helene where batteries were at a premium. One in preparation for the next hurricane season. With all five, myself and two children, my mother and my sister are all covered. I'm not really sure they last as long as they say they do but they do last stuff really a long time on very few batteries. They are pretty powerful considering their size. I had already been looking at these for camping equipment and in the aftermath of Helene, I got them on a very good price and because it was so hot and we had no electricity, we definitely needed them. It made sleeping comfortable and also having that sound. I use mine at my desk often when I don't want to turn on the ceiling fan. I have not used them in connection to a battery bank or plugging them in, I'm not even sure I kept the cords for that. I wanted battery operated because battery Banks are useful for other things. I love these fans and the only proof I can give you is the fact that I four already bought four and still bought a fifth. I know their price point can be a little daunting considering their size, but I promise you they are well worth it. The only complaint is that the lights are bright at night and my autistic daughter and my typical son both found them overwhelming. That was easily solved with a piece of duct tape covering the lights. Great air flow, they look pretty well but they are a fan. Truly how great can they look I like the different colored handles since that way I can keep straight whose fan is who's. They do function extremely good but like I said before, I don't think they have the lifespan on 4D batteries as advertised, but they do have a longer lifespan than any other fan I've tried. We had a very tiny fan bought from Walmart on clearance for $5 and it ran on 4 d batteries and by the end of one day it would barely be functioning on low. These are definitely going to last you at least 2 or 3 days on low.

Best Fans! I’ve bought 4 now!
I was looking for fans to have during an emergency/power outage and these have been perfect! We live in Arizona where it’s not uncommon for a summer storm to knock out power for a few hours to a day. Also when AC goes out or works poorly, it’s big trouble. We have a couple exotic small mammals that need to stay below 80 degrees as well as our own heat triggered health issues. The first fan I purchased worked better than another more popular fan that was double the price! After testing it out I decided to order a second fan for our household and one for my mom. Then ordered a fourth one while on vacation for some air movement during our stay in Utah. While they can plug into a power source, I have been testing them with batteries. I have had the same batteries in this fan for two months mostly on the second speed, sometimes all night or all day. I have been consistently running it for a week when home and still haven’t had to change the batteries. It moves so much air for such a small fan. It sits bed side perfectly and is so portable for in the car, camping/outdoors, vacation, sleep overs, ect. Working well for cooling up to 100 degrees at least. We brought it for a short stay at a friends house. Her daughter is non-verbal and sensory seeking and is obsessed with our fans. She steals it away whenever she can and it’s very easy for her to carry and perfectly sized for her as well. She has given it her own toughness test and it held up shockingly well so I would say it’s very well made. Even though we purchased these switch the idea of emergency use, we have been using them at home to stay cool on the hottest days, for traveling and vacation. I wish I had these when my daughter was younger and still in a car seat to cool down the back seat area or to bring in her wagon.

What a Blast!
Having just gone through no power with Hurricane Beryl in Houston for long periods of time, I decided to get my act together and begin prepping early for whatever may come (which I hope it doesn't). I tested several fans, and they were all versions of awful---too loud, only one way to charge them, or did not blow strong enough. So of course the one fan I had zero hopes of being good, turned out to be...really good. This thing feels cheap, some would say looks cheap, and doesn't look like it could cool anything down but it's 100% the opposite. Level one is like a very faint breeze, level two, maybe the level of a hand fan, and level three is a strong breeze. My hair was moving back on level 3, so I was quite impressed. The unit can run on D batteries or USB. You CANNOT use have both in at the same time. If you want to use USB, it must be plugged in, the unit does not charge up so keep that in mind. Thanks to my prepping, I now have an indoor power station and this thing is only 5V, so good to go. Pros: powerful on level 3, can have it run on a timer, very light weight, low cost, tilt function, it can be taken apart to clean the blades, can run on battery OR USB plugged in. Instruction manual is very thorough giving tips of what to do for maintenance issues and longevity of the product. Cons: (not really) but I wish it could be charged up on its own without being plugged in, but I knew that before I bought it and level one really is quite low on the air, but everyone is different and that might work really well for you, but I'm buying it for disaster preparedness--power out--no a/c, so I need something strong, and thankfully level 3 is good.

Bought it as a gift, to use in a restaurant kitchen to cool off the cook, without cooling the food off. Works wonderful, love the ability to tilt to make it point directly at a person. Also love how it runs on batteries, so no plug in needed. Highly recommend buying rechargeable batteries. This fan runs as long as it is as advertised to. Wonderful product!
