Missing hex key in the package
Item received in good condition but without hex key. Hex key is not despatched with the package, which is missing.

Received used and damaged, return requested.
1. Product package was open when received and taped with brown tape. 2. Ready to accept, if it was in good condition but it's cord was cut and rejoined. Although, planer is running. 3. It's dust bag was dirty and base of the planner was scratched. Because of the above reasons, I returned it. Refund is still awaited. About product: It is very well designed. It has double outlets for scrap with a direction shifter. Direction shifter is hard to shift. It has one double sided blade fitted to planer. It is not re-sharpable, only use and through. Blades are very costly to buy. Don't know the life of the blade. Lower running noise than other planers available. Can't comment on the finish or working as not operated. Hope you would get the fresh, new and best one on purchase. At last, I found it little costly than other planers in the market. Price on Amazon is better than market price including all discounts and taxes. Thanks for reading. Happy Shopping

Poor packaging
Product is good as expected but the packaging was so poor the main box was almost falling apart in first delivery and replacement too i don't know they send me a product in anotheramazon box poor packaging i must say

Ultimate performance and depth adjustment movement is linear and not vertical which is plus point

Product is not so fine as stated...
I don't like it and not advised to buy. It is not value for money. If BOSCH company can improve it then it has a wide market.
