Wow, I was shocked. My wife yelled at me to go outside because my dogs were sprinting all over the house. Wayyyy louder than expected. Great horn!

It is VERY loud. Never would have expected it. Forget the compressed air.

We bought a few manual boat horns and this was the absolute best, loudest, and most fun horn. Picture from our sailing cruise to the San Juan Islands in 2019. Any time the kids were getting restless on a leg of a sail, I'd call out for more fog horn, and then the fighting would start over who gets to go to the bow and blow the fog horn. So perfectly adequate boat horn, and also great kid distracting toy. No small boat should be with out this horn. I bought a second horn and donated it to our club's sailing instructor powerboat.

This is a loud horn and because of its size it has a lower overall frequency. I’m intending to use it when hiking to warn bears away. It should prove useful and carry farther than a more shrill version.

Really loud made sturdy the mouth piece very easy to use. Also the mouth piece is nice has a plastic cover the seal. Tried the ones with just aluminum seal only and didn’t sound good every time

I bought this thinking it would be extremely powerful based on the description, but it’s honestly not as loud as advertised. The build quality feels okay, and it does make a clear tone, but I expected something much stronger for the price and claims. Works fine for small spaces or close range, just don’t expect a real “super loud” horn. Pros: compact, easy to use Cons: volume below expectations, overhyped description

Life changing. So loud it’s crazy.Purchased these to scare off coyotes after we had a coyote incident I haven’t had another coyote incident but I take them out with me along with my flashlight when I go outside to walk my dogs in my fenced in yard we’ve had coyotes even in the fenced in yard these things are so loud they would scare anyone and I have yet to use them on a coyote but I do think they would be frightening to a coyote because they are loud loud loud and they were great they came with a replacement balloon so that if the initial one breaks but I haven’t had to replace it yet! If you need something to make a loud loud noise this is it. Neighbors probably hate me but dog safety is paramount

I bought it for when I walk the dogs, there are several coyotes near us and I wanted something loud, portable and easy to use for scaring them away. This is perfect!
