This rub on wax works well in warmer ski conditions. It's spring time here in Northern California and the "Sierra Cement" is softening up and getting "Sticky" in the afternoons. This is a big help to inside the SLIDE on the warm and softer snow in the Tahoe ares in April. Easy to apply and the build in cork buffer helps to make an even application. This looks like it will last a long time and easy to carry in my ski backpack.

Works just as well as any hot wax I've tried. Much faster to apply (2 skies takes <5 minutes), and no breathing in harmful wax vapors from the hot iron. Only drawback is you have to reapply each outing, it only lasts a day.

Great for what it is 4. Goes on hard but spreads out like butter. Early morning still cold this wax was meh. Mid day heat flash suddenly my skis were rocket propelled. This wax only really shines with air Temps above 48 F. No griping, no stress, just fun and easy. Best hot spring wax for the quick and wicked.

Works well for spring conditions. It doesn’t last very long but that’s expected for any rub on.

Better than the runnier stuff and great to carry with you, just not a sub for a real hot wax.

The push-up container does not work- the wax does not stay out. Very annoying. Who wants to touch the wax directly. Needs some work!!!

It's Spring skiing conditions in the Rocky Mtns of Colorado! You can be skiing high-speed cruisers on freshly groomed snow up at 11000-12000 feet and hit mashed potato slush at 9000-10000 feet and come to a quick stop if you aren't paying attention. I decided to try this no-iron wax, despite some of the griping reviews I had read. I put it in my coat pocket and headed out. No application until noonish, after skiing a couple of hours. Take the wax OUT of the container (like the instructions say), rub it on from tips to tails, then follow with a buff using the cork. I put the slightest effort in and it went on fine. Even filled in a few rock scrapes. My friend had some other brand, in blue wax and after one run, we pulled over at the top of the lift and put this yellow on her skis instead. This stuff is GREAT! I could totally tell the difference in how well my skis were gliding. It's perfect for using on the fly. I live at a ski area. I ski a LOT. This is the perfect stuff to just carry in your pocket and throw on in the middle of your Spring ski day!

This gear is amazing! Board dried up due to slush and warm weather on day 4 on the mountain. Quick wax and buff with the cork top and she flew again! Not the same as a full wax but perfect for on piste issues. Definitely worth having handy. Also the wax once buffed gives an amazing ride! Highly recommend

I’ve used this wax on my cross-country skis this winter and it seemed to work, it was never sticky.

Good to have if you plan on riding some late season slush. Rubbed it on right from the tube and buffed it with a standard face cloth. No sticking when we rode in and out of the shade, going from solid snow to melting slush.

We used this for the first time this year instead of traditional iron on wax. It was spring snow and smushies. I'm no expert but would definitely recommend. It was easy to apply and buff as directed. Definitely could tell the days we waxed and I'm not sure I would bother with hot wax for our play park boarding. Simple to top up whilst away.
