This has been a lifesaver for me in my weightloss journey.I take semaglutide and it is very hard to get my protein in when I'm not hungry at all.This has been a good meal replacement for me as it is very filling.In my first week using this as a meal replacement along with my exercise and eating habits i lost 3 lbs and ive been on sema for almost a year.I only use 1-2 scoops and feel stuffed with that so it will last me longer than one who uses the recommended dose.I will admit that is is very sweet to me so sometimes it's too sweet but I still love the strawberry shortcake flavor.I found I use it in my coffee since I love my coffee very sweet.So in the end I love this protein powder and will most definitely purchase again.This price is expensive but considering mine is 7 pounds I find it worth the price.A simple tip for those who can't deal with gritty taste always add the liquid first then the protein powder it really does make a huge difference in the grittyness.

Best protein powder I've found so far. Has a great flavor and mixes well. I do find myself closing my bottle and reshaking several times throughout the drink, but I've had to do this with every powder, so seems normal for protein powders. This keeps me full after eating, so it does the job.

Hands down the best protein on the market! It's never been easy for me to gain weight and alot of things are not enough or too much. This is much healthier option and I feel amazing drinking 1-2 of these a day depending on what I eat. They taste amazing! I love the Brownie thr most. Want to try strawberry shortcake next

Good taste. Mixes pretty well. It can have a bit of a gritty texture to it but its not that bad. I only use 2 scoops instead of 4 to fit into my Shaker cup and its done good for me so far.

Very tasty and filling. I will never go back to regular shakes. I plan on sticking to MRE shakes. I have also tried other flavors and love them all.

If it’s not broke…don’t fix it Been subscribed almost two years, and sadly I have to cancel because this product has changed drastically and is now unrecognizable. I’m all for change….but whatever they did, the flavor is terrible, it over powers all my smoothies, and the consistency is so gross like slime. Yuck I’m so confused because i have ordered this product over 100 times and now the formula is so different! I have vouched for this product to my roomates. We are in our mid 20s purchasing this product 2 times each month. And now sadly I have to cancel because I cannot stomach this change Please go back to the OG! What happened?!?

When I don’t have time for a meal, 2 scoops of this does the trick for me, however, do not depend on this as a food source, it’s only good to have when you really don’t have the time to eat/cook. Its preferably best to replace 1 meal in a day.

Why is a paper sticker on my redcon order ? Is it a legitimate item ? Its over the original one on the tub? A explanation will be a good idea ! .

I never thought whey protein messed with my stomach until a stopped taking it. This (partial) meal replacement is my new favourite for sure. The flavour is unreal and it just feels better than other proteins to me. I’d recommend trying it

Nice flavour!! Easy to shake and mix with many things like milk, yogurt, fruits, etc and after being taking it for some weeks now I can feel the benefits. Good product.
