This makes an awesome "dynamite" (sushi style) salmon salad, which is great as a sandwich or on crackers. I love adding eel sauce and spice mayo to this, with some furikake to make a sushi inspired salad. I don't really measure anything, just adjust it how you like it. I mix my own spicy mayo so I can get the spice level where I want it. This also tastes good with avocado. There's a lot in each packet, so it makes at least 2 servings. I have ordered this many times. This last order seems to have more water in it and the water smells VERY fishy , but once you pour out the water the salmon is fine, sometimes I leave it in and just add a couple of crushed up Ritz crackers to soak up the excess liquid, because somewhere in the back of my mind I have convinced myself that the water has vitamins in it...LOL. So, far the funky liquid hasn't made my sweat smell fishy the way sardines can (if you've ever eaten sardines for any length of time you know that "old man" smell I am talking about). One of the reasons I buy pouch salmon is to not have to deal with bones, skin, or excess water, so I hope they stop adding so much water or I will have to find a different product. Other than that it's a wonderful product.

Great source of protein. Used these to make super yummy jalapeno salmon patties. They were to die for. An easy and convenient way to up your protein intake. Great price and easy to use. Definitely will be reordering.

Always amazing packaging. I serve to my dogs and they are over the mood excited about it. Consistency is always the same. zero complains. Never have seen a bone or skin. So healthy for their coats.

Chunks like tuna. White like tuna. Tastes like tuna. Three strikes: Not salmon; it's tuna. Read the 1- and 2-star reviews to find out what the problem seems to be. If indeed it is fake salmon. To be fair, some pink salmon may give the impression of being tuna. It depends on how the fish is processed. That being said about the dubious salmon, as tuna it deserves 5 stars. Chunks are firm and look fine (just like salmon). Veggie broth adds a tasty touch. No skin or bones. Pouch beats cans. Heck, may well order again. As tuna.

Salmon is soooo good for you, and it is easy to get enough of it if you buy these pouches. They're great! Nice, flavorful salmon that you can eat straight out of the pouch or use in infinite ways. What I used them for: tossing them in with scrambled eggs, dill, and some salt with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. This 'salmon scramble' lunch is great to pack up and reheat at work (the eggs mask the fishy-while-microwaving smell), especially with a tab of butter melted on top.

Really nice pouched salmon, especially for a good price. I mixed this in with my pup's kibble for his birthday and then on Thanksgiving. I have one more pouch hidden away for Christmas (shhh, don't tell him) and he'll be just as happy as the first time I gave him some. He loved it so much he tried to muscle the trash can open to find the pouch, luckily I have demon dog proof cans. Nice and moist, no bones, nice texture, easy to open and use, didn't smell all fishy in my kitchen after opening which I loved since I'm not much for sea food but my Elkhound is a different story. This is on his wishlist for every special occasion now.

Great salmon package for lunch, on the go, and kids snack. We keep these at home for easy access but they are also great for lunch since you don’t need a can opener for them. I also like that they don’t have extra liquid in them and don’t make a mess. It smells like salmon but not as strong as other version. The texture is perfect and it does not come with chunky bones. I like the option to have salmon since it is healthier for the kids as opposed to tuna.
