Cleated Iron gets rid of yellow patches if you have already done the right things. The results are 'shocking'
I have patches of my lawn that turn yellow every few years. I fertilize, lime and water enough. (that is how I knew I needed this, I could water almost every day and it stayed yellow with no grub damage) I figured out that if I put on cleated iron, it would green up. I just apply it to the flowerbed and certain spots of the lawn that I have issues with. I use the rest to spray the lawn all over but maybe not at a productive level. Next time I will get a larger size. This one went fast. The entire lawn could benefit. It has been about 3 weeks and I notice a big difference. This is the same result as my previous experiences with stubborn yellow spots that you just couldn't water enough to get green. UPDATE: I went and bought another bottle for other parts of my lawn that could use a little attention. I did the flowers again. This isn't inexpensive but does really work Someone should start recommending this for yearly lawn care to people who really want a great lawn. One funny thing about this (has nothing to do with its performance) is that if you shake it enough and touch the cap, it will give off a tiny shock each time. Must be the metals in the liquid causing some kind of static or charge in the plastic. (fun but useless knowledge) That is why I chose to put "the results are shocking" in the title vs describing it another way. One last thing about lawncare that doesn't relate directly to this product is that I have been using Fertilome Soil Activator for years. This stuff is really amazing as well. If you have high foot traffic or spots that burn in the sun it can help. It is brown coal or humus. It can be used to start a compost pile or get rid of your grass clippings or thatch in the lawn. (it has been marketed as dethatcher) It is natural and safe and makes anything you put it on grow amazingly well. I did a stripe in my lawn once to see how well it worked. That spot was higher and grew greener than anywhere else. It isn't going to 'burn out' or over fertilize your lawn either. It releases the trapped nutrients in the soil and conditions the soil. I recommend that as well. Update 2: I applied this Chelated Iron twice last year and it turned part of my lawn a shade of grey were I applied too much. It didn't kill my lawn and once it was over having too much iron, it grew like crazy!! It stayed grey for about 2 weeks or so. This year I bought Milorganite. It is a pellet and is slow release. It is an organic fertilizer and is surprisingly inexpensive. I will find out how that works. It is supposed to add iron without the possibility of it turning my lawn grey if I apply too much since it is slow release. I will still use this product occasionally but I may be more careful applying it and I will stick to problem areas and the flowers.

Works quickly & well for plants with yellow leaves due to iron chlorosis.
Quickly fixed a raspberry bush with iron chlorosis. It had hellow leaves with green veins that 'greened up' after spraying with a solution made from this product. Read the lable and dilute correctly before using.

Liquid contains iron
Excellent product to help plants lacking iron. NOTE: The liquid out of the bottle will stain that does not come off. On concrete, the copper color spots will be permanent. Careful..clothes too.

The most affordable iron chelate product for citrus plants.
Several of my citrus plants came down with signs of iron deficiency with yellowing of young leaves. This is a very common with citrus plants. I search on Amazon for a chelated liquid iron solution to solve the problem and settled for this product as it was recommended on a citrus growing forum, and it was among the cheapest ones on Amazon too. This container lists chelated iron on the front, but in the label inside, it also lists several other trace elements like zinc (another common deficiency in citrus plants), so I was glad that I got this product. (Look at the photo of the nutrition label that I included in this review). I also included the dilution rate in one of the photos. It's very easy to use. Just measure a tablespoon or two of this greenish liquid and mix with a gallon on water. It can be used as a soil drench as well as a foliar application.

Effective and Fast Acting!
Powerful, effective, affordable. Oh, and didn't kill my trees. Use as directed, don't go overboard. I had some chinese elms that were struggling this Spring with leggy, lime green growth for too long into the season. I went ahead and helped them out with some iron...leaves were a lush dark green within about 2 weeks, with a noticeable difference in 7 days. Worked well for my podocarpus shrubs too as well as my schefflera! Any plant I've sprayed this on has gotten multiple shades darker, but if you go overboard it can bite you.

Leaves still yellow
I used it twice on my kumquat tree, 2 weeks apart, leaves are still yellow…not sure if it’s really working or not, but not super happy about it.

It works
A friend told me about this and it really boosted my Meyer lemon tree. Leaves are greener and the tree is sprouting. I’ll be using it on some other plants.
