I've used all different types of cleaners but this 1 by far is the best I've purchased. Bit pricey but worth the money as it does work perfectly

I can say it works. I knew I had a weak pressure relief valve in the hot water tank and this made it completely fail. Thats a good thing because it basically removes all the rust and rubbish that was basically holding the inside of the valve together. The valve was going to get changed because I knew it was had it, but if it cleaned that, it's cleaned the tank. Lots of rubbish came out of the taps when flushing. I did leave it is a bit longer than the instructions said due to outside factors, but only an extra 12 hours. Bottle says leave over night.

I'm not sure this product did anything. I followed the instructions and if anything, left it longer than required. No visible differences and no after smell like you would get with Miltons or similar. Still a bit of scale on the tap where the water comes out despite wiping it with neat solution out of the bottle.
